  Great place, close to lift, clean place. I would, and will, definitely stay there again.

  Our party of 5 had a great time at the condo! It has very spacious bedrooms, and a big living area for everyone to hang out in. It is a simple, cozy, and clean condo and for the price you cant beat it. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Prime location to the lift and town, or if you don't want to walk to the lift the bus stop was right out are door which was nice. We liked walking to Breckenridge Brewery after a long day of skiing (only a 5 min. walk). Gary the owner is very easy to work with and I would absolutely recommend this condo.

  What a great week we had, no complaints from us at all. The Condo is warm and cozy, there is plenty of hot water and it has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The Condo is only a short 5 to 10 min walk from main street where there are plenty of great restaurants and shops and only a 10 min walk to the ski lift - we didn't need to use the shuttle at all! I would definitley recommend Gary's condo for anyone - it is great value for money and ticks all the boxes!

  Great stay in Breck! Quiet, clean and comfortable condo. Thanks, Gary for providing a perfect place for my Breck ski getaway. Walked to town for shopping. Great restaurants within walking distance too. We'll be back next year. Thanks

  Nice condo. Not as close to ski lift as thought. Or at least a map to walk to lift would have been useful Skin lotion would have been a nice amenity

  The home is comfortable with a good location. Plenty of room to spread out for our family of four. We took the shuttle to Breck and drove 2 days to Keystone. The walk in the cold to Main St. was a little bit much so we drove the 6 or so blocks and had no trouble parking. The home is clean and we enjoyed having a washer and dryer...I would only suggest updating the decorations for a more contemporary feel. Our ride back to the airport the 80 mi which took 95 mins on Tues took 3 hours on Sat and we missed our flight by 15 mins...so beware!! Thank you for renting your home!!

Your experience with delayed traffic on I-70 is one good reason I strongly recommend reading the directions & information sheet. Reading it will save you $$, time and frustration. There is information and a warning about road conditions in the high country with road condition links/phone numbers listed. In good conditions, I allow 5 hours min. travel time to the airport prior to my departure time. CDOT has cameras you may view via the web and also on TV along with electronic boards stating travel time to certain destinations. This unit is located 1 block from Main Street. This is where Main Street Station, Mi Casa Restaurant, Breckenridge Brewery, several ski rental business, restaurants, clothing stores, etc are located. Main part of Breckenridge is 8 blocks long. The free shuttle also picks up directly in front of the complex if you wish to ride and covers all of Breckenridge, Frisco, Dillon, Keystone and A Basin.

  The condo was warm & cozy...we had plenty of room for the four of us. Kitchen was stocked with lots of cookware, and it it was nice having our own washing machine & dryer. The only bad thing was that the property could use a few modern anemeties such as an MP3 player, possibly a flat screen, and some DVDs to go along with the DVD player. Who am I to complain though? The price was right & we kept busy with other various activities. Would rent again!

  We had a wonderful time in Breckenridge. This condo was perfect for our needs with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was adequately supplied with cookware and bedding. The owners were very nice and easy to communicate with.
