This beautiful pool home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood with minimal traffic. It is just a short walk to the no drive beach, the Lighthouse Park or Inlet Harbor on the bay. The beach walkway is conveniently located at the end of the road. There is a custom, heated pool for year round swimming and the yard is filled with citrus trees including orange, grapefruit, blood orange, lemon and lime. The home is beautifully furnished and has bamboo floors, granite countertops and televisions in every room. It is sure to be a vacation rental you will want to visit every year.

I appreciate the speedy return of our deposit. We rehashed all of our previous trips...&the homes we stayed in. Obviously each place has it's perks, but w/all of the benefits of your home...both it's physical attributes & desirable location, we agree it's been our favorite trip so far! We also like the idea, of not dealing w/the unknown next yr. You've been a pleasure to do business with, w/the highlights being your availability&flexibility. We stayed in this lovely home for 2.5 months and have it booked for next year. The neighborhood was friendly and quiet and it was a quick walk to the beach although there was no ocean view from the property. The property was not misrepresented in its photos and was clean and well-maintained upon arrival. The owner was quick to respond to questions and made us feel welcome. The kitchen was well appointed and all appliances were top of the line. Being pet friendly was a bonus as was the home's location in a safe friendly neighborhood where dog walking was a pleasure.I would highly recommend this as a vacation rental as opposed to a condo. The privacy was wonderful.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, pet owners, families with young children, girls getaway.
