Our Mediterranean style unit is located in beautiful Redington Shores next to the long Redington Fishing Pier. Professionally decorated, this 3 bedroom 2 bath condo has a modern, fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet and private bathroom. A second bedroom has two queen size beds and a TV/VCR/DVD combo. The third bedroom has two twin beds. A laundry room with washer/dryer is included for your convenience. The large living area (as well as the master bedroom) opens to a furnished balcony overlooking the pool as well as the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. It's the perfect place to have your morning espresso or a sip of your favorite wine as you experience the most beautifully romantic sunsets.

I've stayed at the Sea Oats a number of times over the last 10 years and this is certainly one of the best 3 BR rentals there. It had just been cleaned so it was fresh and tidy when we arrived. Not all the condos have a washer and dryer but this one does and it's very handy compared to some others I've stayed at. The pictures also relect the actual rooms and view. It was also a pleasurable experience dealing with the owner Mary Frances. I would definitely stay there again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: My husband Jamie and I are native Floridians and life long residents of Tampa, just 40 minutes from the beach. Most of our fondest childhood memories are of those spent during our summer vacations at Redington Shores. We continue to spend our summers in our home away from home, Villa Granell!
Why the Owner Chose Redington Shores:
One of our life-long dreams was to be able to own our own beach condo. In 1997, our dream became a reality when we found a deal we could not pas up. Since then we have made lasting friends and memories at Villa Granell at Sea Oats.

One of my favorite rituals during our summer stays is to enjoy my breakfast each morning on the beautiful balcony, taking in the breathtaking view of the beach, the fishing pier and an occasional sail boat passing by.
