This 450 square foot apartment is on the second floor of a five unit Victorian style house. It is furnished with all linens, towels, and paper products. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, gas range/oven, blender, Keurig coffee maker, dinnerware and all needed pots and pans. The living space includes a dining table with seating for two. On the table there is a laptop computer with wifi available. The living room is furnished with a comfortable leather sofa, chair, modern accents, original art work, and a flat screen TV with broadband and on Demand available.
This one bedroom loaded with character as seen in the original hardwood floors, arched ceilings, tall windows, and woodwork. The floor plan between the living room and the kitchen has a fun pass through that provides an open feel between the two rooms. The kitchen has granite countertops and a glass tile. The bathroom is bright and white. It has a tile shower and floor, and a large window that provides a nice view to the back yard. Enjoy the night out or relax with a good book in our luxurious hotel grade, queen sized feather bed.
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION: Walk out the front door and two doors down and you are at restaurant row. At your feet are two great restaurants (Parallel 17 and Limon) and a casual bar. Within one block distance is Strings (a top-rated restaurant in Denver), D Bar (an award winning Desert Bar), 7-11, and Qdoaba. Walk another block and you will find Starbucks, coffee shops, fast food, bars, restaurants, and shops.
B Cycles are available two blocks down
St. Joseph’s Hospital, the downtown Children's Hospital, and St. Luke’s Hospital are two blocks down
City Park and Chessman Park are a few blocks away
Downtown, Botanic Gardens, Museums, and the Civic Center are a one mile walk.
Walk a few more blocks to the Colorado Convention Center, Denver Center of Performing Arts, the Rockies, 16th Street Mall and many other attractions.

This is a great apt for one or a couple. It has all the amenities you'd need and is in a perfect location (uptown). I was able to walk to almost everything, and would highly recommend this apt. It truly is a home away from home.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway.

My mother stayed at this charming apartment. The owners put up a little Christmas tree, which my mother enjoyed, since we had an early Christmas. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and plenty of towels and extra blankets were provided. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dishes, etc. The apt. is in a great location for walking to City Park, the Zoo, etc. Nice restaurants within walking distance and in a safe area of town.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

This is a lovely apartment for one or two people. Just the right size for me, and I absolutely loved the character of the apartment. The bed was very comfortable with a nice selection of pillows. Jeanne and Juve were extremely helpful and accommodating. They gave us great suggestions and seemed to really know the Denver area. I really enjoyed being able to walk everywhere. It's so great to be around the corner from my son. Thank you for your care and generosity. Thank you also for the small treats, they were a nice welcome.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 7 day stay at this apartment. We were very comfortable in the property. The description and photos are accurate. The property was very clean and well-maintained. It was lovely to walk in the sun each morning to coffee shops and restaurants that were close by. The location is very convenient for downtown which is also within walking distance. We rented b-cycles and rode down to Larimer square and also saw the Denver Art Museum and the State Capitol Building. We also used the bikes to go to the Museum of Nature and Science at City Park. In the apartment I enjoyed browsing through the books. It was an interesting selection to choose from. The bed and couch were very comfortable.
