  The apartment was great, everything we expected and more spacious than we thought it might be. The location was amazing and the sofa bed really comfortable and plenty big enough for my 191cm husband! The broken toilet seat was a bit of an issue but we managed as after long days walking around Paris, I would forget to ring the office. I would also mention that the instructions for the washing machine don't quite match the washing machine installed in the apartment. Thank God for Google! I will definitely recommend your apartment and Paris Apartments by Numbers to my friends and I will also post on Slow Travel which is where I read about the apartment initially. We will be returning to Paris in 2014 (we hope) and will certainly be booking through Paris Apartments by Numbers again!

  We enjoyed our stay. The apt was as described (except no orange fat boy) large bathroom, great kitchen, bed was good for us. I am 6ft 3 in and it was comfortable especially with the quilt as the temp outside was cold. Nice windows that opened to the outside. Very secure building , felt safe. Nice neighbors told us where trash went, etc. Great location. Great wi fi. What could be improved? Well... there was no fat boy,so no additional place to sit, our check in person knew nothing about it, and I asked her to contact you about it, never heard from you, so I assume she did nothing. One tall lamp (by the window and TV) was broken at the base , unable to use it. The remotes had low or dead batteries as well as the clock, and the bathroom light over the sink had 1 bulb out, which we replaced. Owners might make a check of the apt and not rely on the housekeeping staff. Best regards Jim & Lynne.

  LOUIS02 is as it states, a great place to stay in the heart of Paris. It is compact but absolutely adequate for a couple, maybe even a couple with a baby! Just about everything promised is delivered in every way. A stay in Paris couldn’t be much easier. We recommend this apartment without hesitation. We’d look forward to another stay.

  We spent two weeks in your apartment on Ile St Louis and enjoyed the whole Parisian affair. If you are looking for “Position, Position ” then this apartment will tick the box. Minutes away by foot is Notre Dame. This apartment is central to all the sights and sound of Paris. Restaurants and cafes are abundant, we did not cook for the whole time in Paris! Shopping/shops are very colourful on L’Ile St. Louis. The apartment is well furnished and the sofa bed, extremely comfortable. A well presented apartment as displayed by a fresh coat of paint and tastefully decorated. Thanks to Carlos for re scheduling our request for an early check in time and Fabien for his warm email. I would welcome another stay at this apartment on future trips to Paris and have no hesitation to recommend it to friends and family.

  We stayed in your apartment Louis02 recently. We really enjoyed our visit to Paris which was helped by the fact that we loved staying in an Apartment on Ile Saint Louis. Staying in Ile Saint-Louis you experience traditional Parisian Life which is very much removed from the ‘hustle and bustle’ of a capital city. Most of the Buildings seem to be occupied by Residents……even the local Primary School is just down the Street! Although the Apartment is located in a Period Building the Apartment itself is very modern, spacious and comfortable. We definitely hope to stay there again.

  Second time to stay in one of your apartments, this time on Ile Saint-Louis in LOUIS02 (last time just down the street beside Notre Dame in NOTRE01). This really is a great place to stay while on a trip to Paris. Feels like a village on the Seine yet in the middle of Paris. Great restaurants, cafes and shops on the island yet walking distance to all the sights and train stations for sightseeing further afield. We saw all the usual sights during our stay and also the unusual ones you can only see by walking or cycling (on the velibs), plus we took a short train journey to see the beautiful Palace of Versailles. Spent six nights in total but could fill a month. Apartment itself is well equipped and looks out onto the local church and the quietish street which leads across the bridge to Notre Dame. Highly recommended.

  I spent most of June and July in LOUIS02 with a friend so we got to know it well – my favourite thing about it ? – its wonderful location. We were close to everything. A short walk would take us to Notre Dame, the Louvre, Musee d’Orsay, the Luxembourg Gardens and many other places. A main metro and RER station close by also allowed us to be at Montmartre in 20 minutes. The island is absolutely gorgeous and quaint. You feel like you are in your own little French village while in the centre of the most amazing capital in the world. You get to experience the life of a true Parisian when going to buy your baguette in Madame Martin’s bakery just below the apartment, or your cheese from the brothers in the fromagerie. The apartment itself is well furnished and everything has been laid out to make maximum use of the space. Although we were wary of the fact that the bed is actually a sofa bed, it was as comfortable as any proper bed I have slept in. The only things we had a problem with were the frying pan that was too large for the stove and so could not be used, and the wardrobe doors that wouldn’t close properly. However we notified the owner of this and he replaced the pan and sent someone in to fix the doors. You wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else other than in this apartment in this location – we will be booking with Parisbynumbers again.

  Great location,walk everywhere. 3 min to Notre Dame,10 min to Le Marais/Hotel de Ville/Bastille on the right side,10 min to Latin Qtrs/St.Germain on the left. Warning,4 floor walk up tough for two 60-yr olds,but the apt had everything we needed.Noisy trash pick up at 7 but wonderful church bells at 9.Wonderful views of the Seine from the bridges.Very happy with our selection & thanks to Eric for his welcome.
