As you wind your way down to the southern tip of the island of Siesta Key, any tension or stress is immediately alleviated with the quiet drive under the canopy of trees shading the road, sidewalks, and bike paths. Our beach front condo is located directly on Turtle Beach (beach level!) with a location like none other! Being directly on the beach with sand at your front door and bordered in the back by a small bay where you can dock your boat or fish off the private docks, our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is the perfect vacation and holiday spot for a romantic getaway or family vacation.

With the close view of the ocean, it is easy to spot dolphins, manatee, and native birds during the day while lounging in beach chairs or from the comfort of the enclosed lanai, living room, or master bedroom as all have a direct ocean view. And in the evening you will be captivated by the spectacular sunsets and the soothing sounds of the surf gently lulling you to sleep - it’s all right at your doorstep!

Our condo is beautifully furnished with a brand new tropical décor—the golden tones of the master bedroom and living area blend with the off white tones of the ceramic tile that you find throughout our home making it carefree, with area rugs placed for comfort in seating and walkway areas.

At days end enjoy the brand new wide screen HDTV (with both cable and a DVD-VCR library included) in the living room and relax in the comfy new furniture. Each bedroom is equipped with cable TV and a new DVD-VCR.

Relax in the master suite with king size bed, full sized TV, new DVD-VCR, walk-in closet, private full bath, new décor, ceiling fan, and a full view of the ocean.

The guest bedroom with twin beds (new bedding), new TV, new DVD-VCR, ceiling fan, adjacent to separate full bath, and offering a view of the bay.

Bright, cheery kitchen offers every amenity that a cook could want from casual fare to more elaborate…you will find all of the items to make meal preparations enjoyable—a new dishwasher, ice maker, and complete new cookware and utensils sets are just some of the recent new updates.

Private enclosed lanai with a breathtaking 180 degree view of the Gulf of Mexico—enjoy the gentle breezes or glassed in comfort of this wonderful area—use binoculars for a close up view or just take in the scenes and enjoy!

You’ll also find the following items to make you feel right at home: new washer & dryer, private phone w/answering machine, fully applianced kitchen w/microwave, refrigerator, stove, filtered drinking water, linens and towels provided including beach towels, hairdryers, high speed internet available via prior arrangements, new stereo CD player, DVD’s, VCR’s, puzzles, games, books, air conditioning, and ceiling fans in every room. Small appliances include toaster, toaster oven, George Forman indoor grill, coffee maker, mixer, juicer, and a blender for smoothies, frosties, Pina’ Colada’s or Marquerita’s!

We also have beach and pool toys for the young or young at heart as well as beach mats, low and regular beach chairs, beach umbrella, and 2 new reclining chaise lounge chairs. You’ll find outdoor freshwater showers for your comfort after a dip in the ocean conveniently located in the complex on the beach. The heated freshwater pool is a wonderful place to relax or for children’s play. There is a shuffle board to try your expertise at as well as charcoal grills to cook your fresh catch!

  • Our family stayed at at this beautiful condo for a week in May. The views are magnificent and the beach is not crowded. They condo is well stocked and absolutely beautiful! We had such a wonderful time that we booked it for a week in May of 2008! We highly recommend a stay at this condo.

  • This is by far the best deal and the best condo on Siesta Key! The reasons I loved it were ones I didn't even think of when I picked it. They included the fact that we were ground floor with the beautiful beach out front (and we could hear the surf from the bedroom!) and the Intracoastal and dock out back, the superbly well stocked condo with everything we could possibly have needed, the astounding views from every room - even the master bath, the close proximity to the pool and the fact that since everything is so well designed the condo was so easy to keep clean! We will be back and I guarantee, we will be extremely sad to leave! Thank you for sharing this jewel with us!

  • We stayed at this condo in July 2007 for almost two full weeks. I HIGHLY recommend this place. The unit is clean and well decorated. Also, we were just steps away from the beach. Since this is a ground floor unit, we just walked from the patio right to the ocean. The beach is great. Although the sand is not quite as white as Siesta Beach, the beach is still great not at all crowded. Many times we were the only ones on the beach. Don't think twice about staying here. Don't pay the high summer panhandle prices - Siesta Key is prettier and much cheaper. I have stayed in many condos and this is by far the nicest and most convenient to the beach.

  • We had a wonderful time in Siesta Key. The condo was beautiful and included everything you could possibly need to make yourself at home. All you need to pack is your swimsuit and sunblock. The view of the gulf was unbelievable and the weather co-operated the entire week. This was our first visit to Siesta Key and hope to return again. Siesta Key is very family oriented and the area restaurants are excellent. We would highly recommend spending your vacation in the Sipp condo.

  • Jim and Debbie have provided a great get-away place from the busy-ness of everyday work and activities. Anything that we needed for a relaxing time seemed to be there. Our kids loved the fruit smoothies that were served every afternoon after the pool of beach times. The location was great. Very quiet and close to Turtle Beach, yet anything that you would desire to get to was easily accessible. We had conversations with Debbie on the phone prior to our trip and she was so willing to answer any questions. She has the condo decorated in a quiet serene scheme, which fits her personality in our conversations. We would encourage you to try Jim and Debbie's condo. It is a very welcome break to anyone who wants to just relax.
