Our sunny ski-in condo is located at Wildwood Suites on the 4 O'Clock ski run between Peaks 8 and 9 in Breckenridge.
Start the day with a short walk to Snowflake Lift (5 minutes) or catch the shuttle to either Peak 8 or Peak 9 at the shuttle stop just a block away on Ski Hill Rd. Ski in at the end of the day or for lunch or for a soak in the hot tub.
Walk to town and enjoy the restaurants and shopping downtown without having to hassle with parking. Hiking and biking trails are just out the back door. Fishing on the Blue River and Sawmill Reservoir are a short walk away.
Our condo features 1 bedroom (queen bed), 1 bath and a queen sleeper sofa. Pets are allowed with non-refundable deposit. Non-smoking.

WOW, what a place...perfect for a couple...you can ski home for lunch...condo is on the ground level which limits the number of stairs one must climb after a day on the slopes...hot tub onsite is GREAT!!! all the bells and whistles here...wifi/parking/walking distance to snowflake lift which is less than 100yrds uphillRecommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+.

Location was good, but the condo was shabby. There was hair all over the floor, needed to be vacuumed. Rugs were hanging in the shower and full of pet hair. We couldn't turn off the heat and had to leave the window open all weekend otherwise it would have been way too hot.Owner response: I appreciate the feedback. I have contacted the cleaning service to ensure they are cleaning properly. The carpet and furniture has all been steam cleaned, which is done on a regular basis. I have also had the heating fixed. WELCOME TO BRECKENRIDGE WILDWOOD SUITES– UNIT 208 – 120 SAWMILL 1. Wireless internet needs a password. You can obtain the password at the front desk. 2. You should obtain a parking pass from the front desk. If you arrive after the front desk closes, pick up a parking pass first thing the following morning. 3. The laundry room is on the bottom (1st) floor and is coin operated. 4. The condo has a bed in the bedroom and a pull-out couch. 5. Please use your cell phone or credit card for any long distance calls. Local calls are free. 6. If the hot tub, hot water, sauna, laundry, phone, electricity, cable, wireless internet service or heat is not working, please notify the front desk. 7. If for some reason they cannot help with these items or if there is something else wrong, please call me (303) 229-3149. 8. Please do not smoke in the condo. There is a covered area in the front and in the back of the building where you can smoke. 9. There is a hot tub in the back of the condo and a sauna downstairs. 10. There is a list of restaurants, take out and carry out in the TV cabinet. 11. The condo is on the free bus route to the base of Peak 7 or you can walk to Snowflake lift by heading left when you exit the front of the building. The property is ski in. 12. Although this is a pet friendly condo, we do ask that you keep pets off of the furniture.
