This exclusive 3br/3ba Edgewater penthouse condo is located directly on the beach with spectacular gulf views. Lounge in the sun or sleep under the stars on the 30ft x 20ft private rooftop sky deck with lounge chairs, daybed, pub table, plenty of seating and wet bar with beverage fridge just a step inside.
Our condo has been beautifully updated with all new high end furnishings, electronics and premium plush bedding in all bedrooms. This is not an average rental unit with uncomfortable sofa beds attempting to cram in a ton of people. It is truly an executive beach home. You can find a lot of cheaper condos out there but you’ll be hard pressed to find a more beautiful, more comfortable or better equipped condo in Panama City Beach.
We are WIRED! We Include FREE High-Speed dedicated private broadband WiFi internet access in our rates. Having the most reliable, unshared, internet access available is very important to us. If you have to stay connected - make sure you ask about this in your vacation home search. You can reliably connect multiple devices to our network and work or play online from the beach. We provide an iphone docking station and wireless printer, scanner, copier that you can use with any device.
The kitchen opens to the dining room with access to the covered balcony and incredible gulf view. There are plenty of cabinets, storage and counter prep space. New upgraded stainless appliances include a side by side refrigerator with filtered water and ice maker, convection oven with five burner smooth cook top, ultra quite dishwasher and over the range microwave. We equipped the kitchen with every small appliance and gadget we could think of. You can cook and serve Thanksgiving dinner here seating eight at the table and four at the breakfast counter.
Relax in the gulf front family room with an entire wall of floor to ceiling ocean view windows. Sink into the enormous overstuffed down filled (yes- it's really down filled!) sectional sofa with chaise. It seats eight or more in ultimate comfort. This room also has access to the covered balcony. The new 55 inch HD/LCD TV with Comcast extended cable, HBO and smart Blue-ray/DVD player including FREE Unlimited Amazon Prime Movies and TV are perfect for rainy days or family movie nights. You can use our smart players to log into your compatible personal DVR, Netflix or streaming internet video. You never have to miss a game or your favorite shows.
The master bedroom features key west style furniture, a top of the line plush pillowtop king bed outfitted with down pillows and 100% cotton high thread count linens, a 42 inch HD/LCD TV with cable and smart Blue-ray/DVD player. The ensuite master bath has double sinks, walk in closet and a large soaking tub with shower. There is fantastic water pressure in the master bath and entire condo.
The second bedroom has the same plush pillowtop king bed and the same high end linens as the master bedroom. There is a 42 inch HD/LCD TV with cable, two closets and direct bath access.
The third bedroom is a loft lounge up a spiral staircase. This room sleeps four in extra long twin beds - a daybed with plush pillowtop mattress, trundle with memory foam mattress and bunk beds with plush pillowtop mattress on the bottom and memory foam on the top. There is another 42 inch HD/LCD TV with cable, a wet bar with beverage fridge, a full bath and a gorgeous ocean view with access to the private 600 square feet rooftop sky deck.
We guarantee our condo will be clean! We use Merry Maids for our housekeeping and laundry service. Our cleaning team follows our extensive personal cleaning and sanitizing plan between every guest. If anything is ever not perfectly clean they will return and we will make it right.
Edgewater is the only full service resort in Panama City Beach. It is completely gated with 24/7 security guards. The resort is perfect for families and has something for everyone - shopping, dining, arcades, a skating rink, even a bowling alley. It’s gorgeous with mature gardens, an 11,500 sqft beachfront lagoon pool with waterfalls and tropical landscaping, 11 pools/9 heated throughout the resort, 4 hot tubs, 9 hole golf course, pro shop, 11 tennis courts, scheduled children’s activities, a full service spa, salon, and convention center. Poolside live entertainment, water sports, jet ski rentals and beach chair service are available seasonally. Edgie’s market has drinks, snacks, ice cream, Starbucks and convenience items. My family just returned from our stay at this beautiful condo, and we could not have enjoyed it more. First of all the owner, Stephanie, was a complete joy to work with! We have been using vrbo for years now, and she has been the best owner to date. The condo is just amazing! Sometimes people post pictures of their condo and it is nothing like you see in the photos. Let me tell you that this place is even better in person! I could not come up with one complaint even if I tried. If you are looking for a clean, beautiful, great place to stay in PCB look no further.... This is it!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

My fiance and I stayed for a week at this property and had a wonderful time. We even got married here! It is a beautiful property and was clean and very comfortable. I loved the huge sectional sofa with the chaise and it was so comfy with all the pillows. The sky deck is wonderful with all the space and the many seating options to enjoy. We were sad it rained most of the time we were there and so we didn't get to enjoy the space like we had wanted. The inside was so nice it made it easier to deal with the rain. The pictures of the property shown here are an accurate reflection of the condo. I loved that there were plenty of towels and pillows and cozy blankets to curl up with. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the nice sheets and comforter. The kitchen is stocked very well and there were plenty of paper towels and toilet paper and other amenties you may need. There are plenty of restaurants close by that are great. Our favorite is Bayou on the Beach because they have the best raw oysters ever! Pineapple Willie's is close and the grilled Mahi Mahi and Shrimp and Grits are wonderful. Montego Bay is across the street and has a great lunch menu. The owners were very nice and accomodating and answered the phone anytime we called with a question. They were very easy to work with and concerned with our comfort while we were there. I would definately recommend this property to family or friends and we plan on visiting again... until we buy our own like it...we loved it that much! Thank you Stephanie and Bill for making our stay so comfortable and happy!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

What a great beach condo! If you like a spectacular view of the ocean, enjoying the relaxing sound of the waves, and watching gorgeous sunsets, this is the place for you! The newly renovated condo is spacious, beautifully decorated, and offers all the amenities of home. The living room furniture is the most comfortable we’ve found in a beach condo, the kitchen is well equipped, and the beds are very comfortable. There are flat screen TVs in every room. My husband had to work during part of our stay and had an excellent wi-fi connection. When the pool was taken over by 4 football teams for a few days, our private rooftop deck allowed us to avoid the congestion and noise which was a real bonus. The property has a very good restaurant, handy market, and spa on site and is located near many great restaurants --- Dusty’s (casual) and Saltwater Grill (upscale) being two of our favorites. If you’re looking for a break from the beach, putt-putt golf and bowling are within walking distance of the property, and if you like to shop, check out Pier Park! The owners are very friendly and eager to make your stay as wonderful as possible. Our family will definitely be back!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

About the owner: We are Bill and Stephanie Truex. We work in healthcare and live with our children just outside of Nashville, Tennessee. We have used VRBO for many years and rented dozens of vacation homes. We have tried to incorporate all of the best features of our favorite vacation rentals into our own vacation home.
Why the Owner Chose Edgewater Beach Resort:
We love the resort, the views, the balcony, the open floor plan. But - The huge Vegas style sky deck sold us on this particular condo. It is such a rare and amazing space. We have always loved Panama City Beach with it's gorgeous beaches, fantastic food, friendly people and great shopping. Edgewater Beach Resort is the only place we keep returning too.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Edgewater is the only full service gated resort in the area that really has it all. Here we have both the space and comfort of a condo and the amenities of a great hotel. Having room for everyone with food and drinks delivered to your private balcony, or pool/beach chairs is wonderful.
