You will enjoy the classic style of this home. All has been remodeled while maintaining the unique architecture of the 1938 Tudor style (arches, fireplace, stained glass, mature landscaping, including a waterfeature enjoyed from the dining room balcony). True gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances and plenty of counter space for the chef of the house. The neighborhood is a walking one with people choosing to relocate here. It is one of the most neighborly and pet-friendly areas with a focus on community. It has been referred to by the Denver Post as the most sought after zip code in Denver! This is a trendy neighborhood with many venues to enjoy. There are many restaurants, shops, bars etc. all within a 7 minute walk. You will enjoy the main floor unit which is completely separate from the lower unit to include completely private yards as well as entrances. Complete privacy is guaranteed. The units have been sound-proofed at a commercial level ensuring your stay to be a quiet and private experience. The lower level is NEVER rented out, it is reserved for me when I'm in town. I live between Denver and San Diego.

This charming house was perfect for our Christmas stay in Denver. We were close enough to family yet in our own place to rest and relax. Carlos has done amazing things with this home. I was able to cook and bake for holiday necessities and enjoy the comfortable beds, modern tub and shower and lovely furniture. We will be staying at this home again.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

Cute little house, modernized, very convenient to downtown, Sloan Lake, etc. Modern kitchen.Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

About the owner: Retired school Principal who enjoys travel. I grew-up in the Highlands area and am proud to offer this centrally located, recently remodeled (inside and out) Tudor classic. My quiet dog and I live between San Diego and Denver.
