Consisting of two adjoining hotel suites, four beds and two baths. An active restaurant and waterfront Tiki Bar right at the resort. we stayed here for Spring Break with our two kids ages 10 and 5. It was wonderful. The view out the balcony was amazing, the pool, restraunt and tiki bar were a 2 min walk. Our friends stayed at another place and hung out with us at our place often because they liked it. The only problem was the sliding door in one of the rooms is very hard to open and close. Other then that we have nothing to complain about. We were within 15 min of Lido and Siesta Key beaches which we spend different days at and went to Orlando for a day and nothing was ever touched in our area. The staff at the bar and restraunts were very nice. I would recommend this to anyone and we will book again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was just my husband and I and we had two entire hotel rooms! It was heavenly to each have our own bathrooms! The rooms were nicely remodeled with new countertops, toilets, and tiled showers. The rooms were freshly painted and had lots of storage for clothing. We had plenty of towels to last for our whole stay without needing housekeeping. The parking lot was freshly sealed and offered ample parking, even for very large vehicles. The laundry room is directly across the hall which was very convenient. Both sliding glass doors led directly out to the Sara Bay Marina and we enjoyed sitting outside watching the boats come and go. The owner left us a nice basket of toiletries and another with snack foods that we enjoyed. We also took advantage of the hotel restaurant and tiki bar many times during our stay. They do have outdoor music most nights so if you want somewhere that is absolutley quiet all the time this might not be for you. We loved the entertainment and when we were in our room we couldn't really hear it since these rooms are at the opposite end of the hotel. We traveled as far north as St. Petersburg and as far south as Englewood during our day trips. If I was being really picky, I would say we did have some difficulty working the sliding glass doors and there was only one luggage rack but those are very minor. I would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Sarasota!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.
