This Condo is brand new on the hillside overlooking the ocean and La Ropa Beach. There are 5 condos in the building and only 3 are occupied so privacy is a bonus. The other owners only live there part-time so usually the pool is all yours. The condo has 3 large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and plenty of closet space. 2 bedrooms have queen size beds and the other has 2 full beds. Sleeps 8 very comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need if you want to cook. There are 2 restaurants within 2 minutes walk if you don't feel like cooking. There is a TV room with a 40in TV and a blue-ray DVD player. The dining room seats 8 easily and the living-room is a huge room with spectacular views of the ocean and jungle. All of the windows open to give you a cool ocean breeze and the sound of the ocean if you want. Telephone service is available free for local calls. There is a charge for all cell phone or long distant calls. Wireless internet is also free. There are 4 individual air-conditioners, 1 in the living room, kitchen, dining room area , and 1 in each of the bedrooms. There is also a washer and dryer available if rented for more than 2 weeks.

About the owner: My name is Cathy and I grew up in St. Louis, Mo area. I spent a lot of time in Mexico and fell in love with it. My friends and I bought this Condo in March and plan to retire there. In the meantime we welcome you to experience the magic of Mexico and stay in and enjoy our home away from home. I am sure you will fall in love with it as we did.
Why the Owner Chose Zihuatanejo:
There are lots of properties you can rent in the area. The reason we chose this condo is because of the location. It is a small complex - just 5 condos- so it is very private - none of the craziness or crowds of the large hotels and condo complexes. The views are incredible, the area is quiet and yet it is within walking distance of everything. It is a very safe place plus we have a night watchman and a day caretaker so there is 24 hour security.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We really fell in love with Zihuatanejo about 5 years ago when we went there on vacation. We spent a lot of time looking at available properties and fell in love with this one but it wasn't yet available. We have been working on buying it for a long time. We were so excited when we could finally get it and put all of our little personal touches to the decorations and furniture. It is open, bright , comfortable and spacious. I am sure you will enjoy it as much as we have.
