This fabulous 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home has just been totally redone and is now available for your Palm Springs getaway. Located in central Palm Springs, walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the casino, FIESTA allows you to relax and get away from it all, while still being central enough to enjoy all Palm Springs has to offer.
The large pool with mountain views is perfect for catching some sun or lounging with a book. The house is set up for indoor / outdoor living. There is a large outdoor dining area to take advantage of the warm desert nights and enjoy a little al fresco dining, and the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom all open to the pool area, giving the property a resort-like feel.
The house was designed from the ground up to be fun, stylish and comfortable. The living room and dining room are open, creating great space for socializing with friends and family or for quiet relaxation. The separate family room boasts a 50 inch flat-screen HDTV and a desk for guests who need to do some work while they're here.
The master is appointed with a new king bed with a pillow-top mattress, luxurious linens, and a 42 inch flat-screen TV. The room features double sliders which open to the pool deck. The master bath has a two-person jacuzzi tub, shower, and vanity, and has direct pool access as well.
The two additional bedrooms are at the other end of the house, creating great spacial separation for a family with kids or multiple couples. These bedrooms each have new queen beds, linens, and flat-screen TVs. The bathroom they share has a shower, and there is another 1/2 bath off the family room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless-steel appliances including a four-burner gas cook top, wall oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, ice-maker, blender, microwave, coffee-maker, and toaster oven, as well as dishes, pots, pans, and anything else you could need to cook meals at home. There is also a BBQ on the pool deck.
FIESTA comes with wireless high speed internet and phone service that includes all calls to the US and Canada. There is also cable TV.

Had a fantastic stay. Great property, well appointed with loads of character and in a good central location - centre of PS is walkable. Owners were very attentive when making our booking and were available throughout our stay, had we needed them. Wasn't sure what to expect from PS but it is a great location. Our boys (10 & 8) found plenty to do. No negatives whatsoever and would love to go back.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

They have vacation rental properties down to a science!

I called a friend to preview this property when I decided I wanted to invest in Palm Springs real estate. He has been successfully renting his own Palm Springs vacation homes for over 13 years now, so when he gave an enthusiastic two thumbs up on FIESTA I knew I was doing the right thing.
