Enjoy all the comforts of home in this two-story newly renovated (2012) villa. The living room overlooks a lagoon and fountain in a semi-tropical wooded cove. The kitchen is fully equipped. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck overlooking the fountain. On the second floor, the master bedroom has a queen size bed with a view of the lagoon and fountain. The guest bedroom has a queen and a twin bed. This villa comfortably sleeps 5. New keyless entry. Our prices include all linens and cleaning fees. The private walkway leads to Hilton Head's famous 12 mile beach, just a 5 minute walk away! Hilton Head Island has 12 miles of white sandy beaches, making the Island one of the most popular family vacation destinations in the U.S.
Seascape has 2 pools for exclusive use for Seascape guests. We have an onsite property manager available to answer any questions you might have.

The villa was great - just as expected from the pictures! Bedrooms were big with plenty of space. It was great to have living area downstairs so that the family could spread out when we wanted to. Kitchen had all the amenities. Very clean - great location. We walked to so many places. We would definitely stay there again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
