  Over all a nice place to stay, was clean and both a plus and negative located on ground floor but that was a personal issue. We understand Maint. is required unfortunately work began at 8:00 in the morning, but again required, just a coincidence it took place during our stay. Location is very nice close to HWY 59 and numerous excellent restaurants, bars/grills. Would definitely consider staying here again if we return to Gulf Shores.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, age 55+, people with disabilities, sightseeing.

  While the pictures were very accurate, they do not do justice to the cleanliness, amenities and location of this property! The furnishings and bedding were of great quality; in fact, we were obsessed with the blankets provided and were tempted to "borrow" them! The main floor location was just feet from the boardwalk to the beach and the laundry, but never had an issue with noise. We essentially needed to bring nothing, as the condo was fully stocked. Security at the property was on guard and made the stay feel quite safe and secure. So many attractions were within walking distance, we really enjoyed Sea n Suds-tasty and inexpensive food! Be sure to try their fish sandwich and hushpuppies! We also enjoyed the coconut shrimp and chicken nachos at the Pink Pony Pub located with a short walk down the beach. The owner of the condo was a pleasure to deal with! She responded quickly and had great communication throughout the entire process. The location is amazing and we loved the proximity to the beach. I cannot say enough about this condo and its owner! We will definitely be back!

  Wished it was a bit more quiet. I found there were alot of people working and drilling on the exterior of the building causing alot of noise in the morning hours........

  The condo we rented was very clean but small and could use some upgrading. The balcony wall was cracked and in need of repair and once again we found the balcony quite small for 4 people to use. Televisions in the bedrooms and a large one in the living room was great especially with extra people. Also the kitchen was well equipped. The proximity to the beach and ocean is the best feature of this unit. Such a beautiful beach!!! Unfortunately for us very loud renovations were taking place during our stay, we felt that was something we should have been advised about and perhaps compensated.

  Owner response: I always welcome constructive feedback from my guests concerning their stay at my condo. I am not aware of any general condominium renovations being made during this guest's stay. Since they never contacted me about this issue, either during their stay or after they checked out, I had no way of knowing that this was an issue for them or had an opportunity to address it with them. I frequently update the condo furnishings and put considerable effort into providing my guests with a clean, comfortable and affordable vacation setting. The many positive guest comments posted here are evidence of how successfully I have met my past guest's expectations.

  Just returned to our home in Kentucky from Gulf Shores, Alabama, on July 14, 2012, after staying for one week in Sun Lee's Condo (Island Shores). The Condo was everything that we expected and more, it was spotless, great view of the beach, close to the pool and very inviting. Sun Lee was very helpful in answering all our questions, and are looking forward to going back next year. Would recommend to anyone who wants a great vacation.,

  This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo was perfect for my family. It was very comfortable and in a great location. Easy access to the beach, shopping and dining. Would definitly return to this location.

  Great location, unit very clean ground level. Modern flat screen tvs throughout. The small balcony seats about 4or 5, just high enough to see ocean over sand dunes. Can walk to restaurants n shops. Pool is clean n is better than photos. Public laundry avail for cost. Owner excellent to work with returns all calls promptly. Thank you Sun Lee had great stay would stay here again.

  Thank you for the beautiful accomodations! You have a lovely condo for rent on this system and many people will benefit. We enjoyed Christmas...Alabama style. We had a white Christmas with the gorgeous sand beaches! It was not a very busy time, so we enjoyed the Tanger Outlets and had immediate seating at the nearby restaurants. I would come again during this time of year. Thanks again for keeping your place so well kept and nicely furnished.

  What a week of R and R. Listing description and photos were very accurate . Photos came to life when we opened the front door. Very clean and everything you needed could be found in the condo. Owner was very helpfual and answered all our questions and concerns before we rented -- great correspondence. Recommend the local food and especially the local beach front restaurant -- Sea and Suds. Within walking distance of most attractions. Plan to go back again soon and hope to stay in same condo. Would recommend this area -- Gulf Shores -- and this condo to any and everyone, especiall family and friends.
