Great location, unit very clean ground level. Modern flat screen tvs throughout. The small balcony seats about 4or 5, just high enough to see ocean over sand dunes. Can walk to restaurants n shops. Pool is clean n is better than photos. Public laundry avail for cost. Owner excellent to work with returns all calls promptly. Thank you Sun Lee had great stay would stay here again.

Thank you for the beautiful accomodations! You have a lovely condo for rent on this system and many people will benefit. We enjoyed Christmas...Alabama style. We had a white Christmas with the gorgeous sand beaches! It was not a very busy time, so we enjoyed the Tanger Outlets and had immediate seating at the nearby restaurants. I would come again during this time of year. Thanks again for keeping your place so well kept and nicely furnished.

WONDERFUL RELAXING QUIET WEEK-LONG GETAWAY

What a week of R and R. Listing description and photos were very accurate . Photos came to life when we opened the front door. Very clean and everything you needed could be found in the condo. Owner was very helpfual and answered all our questions and concerns before we rented -- great correspondence. Recommend the local food and especially the local beach front restaurant -- Sea and Suds. Within walking distance of most attractions. Plan to go back again soon and hope to stay in same condo. Would recommend this area -- Gulf Shores -- and this condo to any and everyone, especiall family and friends.

My husband and i spent a great week in Gulf Shores at this condo. The kitchen was big and despite the fact that we didn't cook a lot, was nice to move around in. Living room was very comfortable after some great beach time. The beach with it's wonderful sounds and views was right there where we could enjoy it. You would never know there was ever an oil spill -- the beach and the water were pristine. We're back home in Michigan now and missing Gulf Shores already!

My wife and I, both retirees, spent a month and a half in winter 2011 in Gulf Shores. We found the condo very comfortable, well equipped, clean and quiet. We enjoyed the fact that it is located right on the beach and well equipped and decorated. Also the building is well taken care of by a team of careful employees. We had actually made a reservation for 2012. Unfortunately health problems will keep us at home. We wish a pleasant stay to the lucky vacationers who will take our place. Restaurants recommended: Kitty's Café at Pelican Place and the pizzeria next door to Kitty's We found the State Park Golf in Gulf Shores easily walkable, inexpensive and enjoyable.

Great place nice, clean. Everything we needed, great use of a small space,and the kitchen was wonderful, even though we didn't cook, everything you could possibly need was there. Sun Lee was great easy to deal with.I called her when we got there and my key wouldn't unlock the door, she said don't panic,thats all I needed and I opened it with no more problems. Great place for older people easy access!

We stayed here for The National Shrimp Festival 2010 and the place was great. Just about 3 blks from the action with a wonderful beach view. A very quiet and comfortable place. Thanks for everything!!!

My husband & I visited Gulf Shores recently & we loved the condo. The furnishings are very comfortable, the condo was sparkling clean & the location is perfect! It's very close to the "T" making it convenient to shopping, restaurants, and all the activites going on in Gulf Shores. The Menks were very helpful & efficient getting everything booked, & in order for our trip. We highly recommend the condo & will certainly visit again. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!!

We had a great time at this condo. It is clean, nicely furnished, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for an enjoyable, relaxing week. After 20+ years of spending vacations at hotels, I finally convinced my husband to stay in a condo for the first time. Our two teenagers were thrilled! It was so much better than having 4 people crowded into one hotel room with one TV! I believe my husband has been "converted" too. The gulf water was closed to swimmers during our visit; however, the water and the beach were gorgeous. We're so glad we didn't let the oil spill scare prevent us from visiting Gulf Shores! Added bonus: Although the Jimmy Buffett concert was not our reason for visitng Gulf Shores, we could hear it from the balcony without having to get in the crowd! Michael was a pleasure to deal with. He made the rental process easy, and offered helpful tips about things to do & places to eat. We may not be back in this area for a few years, but when we do return we would definitely want to stay in this condo again.

The condo is very conveniently located just next door to the Sea-N-Suds restaurant, and the complex is not so big that it's a big deal to unload/load your car. You can park right at your door! It is also decorated very professionally. Although we didn't use it, the kitchen was very well stocked with anything you'd need to make a gourmet meal! The beds were exceptionally comfy too! Very easy to do business with owner and it made our holiday very special! We will stay here again for sure!

My wife and I stayed at this condo over the thanksgiving holidays had a great time very clean and comfortable felt like home away from home and Sun Lee was very professional in the handling of the arrangements and easy to deal with, very nice location easy in and out, very close to the new state pier.
