Enjoy your stay in our beautifully furnished and spacious town home. It is 1800 square feet with 3 bedrooms (3rd bedroom is a loft) and 3 baths - just steps from the water's edge in the exclusive gated community of "The Shores".

"The Cove" is a townhome development located within "The Shores".
This is a year-round getaway. The White Mountains community offers year-round activities: Winter skiing (both downhill and cross country) and snowboarding, boating and hiking in the Summer, fishing and golfing in both the Spring and Fall... just for starters!

Included in your rental is the use of a 2-person kayak!

OFF SEASON: October-April $155 per nt. weekdays, $185/nt.weekends
$1050 per week.  Rates are for 2 people.  Two night minimum stay.
PEAK SUMMER SEASON: May-Sept. $1110 per week. Rates are for 2 people
Add $10 per night per additional family members.  $75 cleaning fee.
During June, July and August there is a week minimum.
Nightly stays are only booked 2 wks in advance.
PEAK SEASON NIGHTLY RATE: $175 weeknights, $195 weekends.
Holiday rates slightly higher and have minimum stays.

  • We just left this well appointed very nice townhome on Rainbow lake. The home has most everything a person could ask for. The beds are comfortable the home is all and more one could need on vacation. I highly reccomend it to a couple or family that wants a well located vacation home in the pinetop/lakeside area. Also, the management is extremely flexiable and very accomodating.

The cool breezes, afternoon sprinkles, nice neighbors, comfy and beautifully decorated condo, and use of the kayak on the lake made for a sweet break from the heat of the Valley. Thank you.   • Our family stayed at this lovely townhouse for a full week this summer. It was a perfect location and a wonderful "home" for us. I highly recommend a long weekend or a full week at this home on Rainbow Lake. Enjoy!

  • This was our first visit to Rainbow Lake. Although we experienced a rather windy week, the cooler temps, mountains and tall pines were a nice respite from the June heat of Tucson. The home was impressive in every way including the views, decor, layout and amenities. We fished steps from the back porch and the fish was plentiful. We didn't want for anything during our stay. As a matter of fact, we even had tealights for cozy evenings on the lake.
