We LOVED this condo! Great location, beautiful and tasteful decor, and the view of the ocean from sitting on the balcony Or from the bedroom Or living room just doesn't get any better. The owners make sure everything is very clean and well stocked. Once we got there, we realized we could have just brought food and clothes and we were set. Great restaurants nearby too, Sara J's one of my favorites! My husband, mother-in-law and I would definitely go back. In fact it's just perfect for a girlfriends get-a-way that I hope to do later this year. Don't waste any more time looking ... this is the one you want!

The owners of the condo are very personable and accommodating. A great place to stay. The last couple of days the weather wasn't so great, but it was so enjoyable looking out of the patio glass all along the back facing the ocean. Very easy access to the beach. Great pools and hot tub. My third time for staying at the condo. Wouldn't want to stay at another place.

I stayed in Mike's unit for 10 days in Feb 2012 and it was a very good experience. Working with him, making payment, obtaining access info, follow-up reimbursement for deposit... he's a trustworthy landlord. The unit was well-stocked, clean and as advertised on the site. I love One Ocean Place as the windows give you a fantastic, 180 view of the ocean. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat. The only minor drawback with this unit is that you give up a little bit of privacy since the unit sits just above the pool, and people can look in your living room. On the other hand, if you want to keep an eye on your kids in the pool, it is perfect! I really didn't mind the privacy issue since in Feb there aren't many people around anyway. Thank you Mike and Fran - it was a truly wonderful visit to Myrtle Beach.

We certainly enjoyed our long weekend at your condo. This was our first experience with VRBO and I was somewhat skeptical. Everything was as shown on the listing and as a matter of fact, the condo was actually larger than expected. bad weather but good condo

Since the weather was so bad, we stayed indoors a lot. Fortunately, the condo was pleasant, clean, well furnished, and comfortable. We enjoyed ourselves and spent time on the balcony reading and watching the ocean. Mike was easy to work with and I would recommend his condo to my friends.

This condo was a wonderful find. It was well-kept and nicely laid out. Plenty of room to stretch out and relax. Beautiful views. We stayed at One Ocean Place during Bike Week. We were turned down by other places, who had "weekly rental only" policies - the owners of Unit 109 had a very flexible policy. The condo was very clean and much bigger than it looked online - and it is located in Surfside, which is great if you are a motorcyclist. The covered parking was great with the bikes and the security team was top notch. We hope to rent with you again next year! Thanks!

This was our second year staying in One Ocean Place. We enjoy this condo so much. It is well maintained, clean and well appointed. The owners are courteous and a pleasure with which to do business. It is exactly as pictured and comes highly recommended from this NC family.

Location is excellent and kitchen well equipped. Condo found clean and spacious. Great view. Rental arrangements were smooth. The owner made this experience a positive one. Note to people with mobility challenges that master bath has tub (step over) shower and guest bath has walk-in shower. Thanks for a wonderful stay. Hope to make use of this gem again!

Stayed here Oct 29 -31. This is the best time to be at the beach. Mr. Samra's condo is great. Everything just as advertised. Very clean and because it's on the first floor (overlooking pool and ocean) there is no hassle waiting on an elevator to get to the unit. I would recommend this condo to anyone

What a lovely place to stay! Everything was as stated on website. Mike very friendly and accomodating. Kitchen well-stocked with stainless steel pots/pans. Filtered water from side-by-side refrigerator a definite plus. Absolutely spectacular view - eat your meals inside while enjoying a spectacular view of the beach and ocean - amazing! Very well kept property/building - very quiet and friendly. Would recommend to anyone. In fact we have already booked for next year!

Just want to thank you for a great vacation experience! It was so nice to meet you! The condo was well equipped, and it was so nice to have a few essentials to start out with before the trip to the grocery store! Our week vacation was wonderful. My mother has a hard time walking up stairs since her knee surgery and this place was the best. Most nights we could park our car on our room level and the other times I could drive her up and let her out and then go park on another level. It was perfect for her stay and she and my children loved it. She would sit on the balcony and see us in the pool, hot tub or on the beach. This condo was so clean and it's so convenient to shopping and restaurants. Can't wait until next year - my children did not wont to leave this year. Thanks again.

This was a wonderful condo to stay in, it was very clean and modern and the grounds and pools were kept in excellent condition. We liked having tv's in all the rooms and we also liked the first floor convenience to the pool and for parking, no waiting for elevators! What a great unit for families. You're on the first floor and can park a few steps from your front door. You're also right there at the pool with easy access to the beach. The unit is clean and includes everything you need, from a front-load washer and dryer, to a nice stereo system, three TVs, comfortable living room area and absolutely one of the best views up and down the beach from the patio, which can easily seat five or six people. The pool is directly below you, so you can watch family members swim from the patio. Mike is extremely attentive and is more than willing to answer any questions or tend to any problems. The location of the unit is also ideal. There are terrific restaurants within a 5-minute drive and a great water park for kids two or three miles away, and some of the best golf courses on the strand are also on the south side. We had a great week.

We stayed in 109 Ocean Place two years ago and we were excited to return. The location of this condo is excellent as is the condition of everything inside it. The upgrades made by the owners were very nice. We never thought we'd stay on the 1st floor but this condo is kept so immaculately, we had to return. From dealing with Mike to the condo itself it's superb. We'd highly recommend staying in this condo.

Unit 109 of One Ocean Place is an excellent condo. It is very well equipped and maintained in immaculate condition. Without question it is the nicest & cleanest condo that we have ever stayed in. Wonderful views from the main living area, bedroom and balcony with convenient parking and easy beach, pool and hot tub access. Great value - all fees, taxes, linens and towels are included so you won't get nickeled & dimed, as is the case with most rental agencies. Mike was excellent to deal with - checking in and out was a breeze. Once you have stayed here you will want to return.

WOW...what a great place. We've been coming to Myrtle for 20+ years and this unit was one of the best. Felt like we were at home with all the ammenities and cleanliness. Parking not the easiest, but once you're in you'll love it. Check-in a breeze and priced right!

The Samra condo at One Ocean Place is simply terrific. It has a great view of the ocean and is right next to the pool. Parking is secure, under cover and steps away from the unit. The unit location provides easy access to the best family beach we have ever encountered. The condo is very clean and neat and extremly well equipped. Our stay was just perfect!!

Wow,what a place! spacious,clean,a view you can't believe.The building itself is spotless.No wild noisy parties by kids using dad's place.OneOceanPlace is the place to be for security,and comfort.Mr, & Mrs. Samra are are very nice people and you feel you've known them for ever.Also great parking facilities and very easy to load or unload using the elevator or short stairway.The only thing wrong with this place is that you will have to leave it someday.

This is a GREAT unit, cannot say enough about the location & ease of renting from Mike. Let me say again, LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION...we slept with the doors open and felt like we were right on the beach!! This place is absolutly wonderful.We come to the beach at least 2 times a year with our 3 young daughters and have stayed many different places.This was our 2nd stay at One Ocean Place 109.Mike and Fran are great people and the place is great.Even researching as we all do for value,convience,cleanliness,etc.-you truly can't beat it.The LINENS are even included!! My family and I found Unit 109 of One Ocean Place to be everything as promised and more. We were extremely pleased at how clean, spacious and close to the beach and garage that the condo was.
