The Maurer Loft condo in The Lofts is located in the heart of Rosemary Beach in Barrett Square, and is conveniently located amid Rosemary's many amenities and a short 5 minute walk to the beach! It is in the very center of town. Cant find a better location in Rosemary!

This unit has a beautiful 1375 sq ft open floor plan with soaring ceilings and luxurious wood floors. The space contains granite counter tops, fully stocked kitchen, top of the line stainless steel appliances, gorgeous wood accents, upscale bathroom fixtures , and stone showers. Master shower is a huge walk in, marble oasis.

Living areas are open and airy. Filled with natural light, there is also an eat in kitchen, a dining area, and a sitting area to sit back and relax.

The unit has 2 balconies to enjoy your coffee, a cocktail, or beautiful views of our town. Sunrise viewed from the balconies are breath-taking.

Both bedrooms offer private baths, king beds and TV's in each room. One bedroom has a desk in case you absolutely MUST get some work done with WIFI for your laptop and ipad. There is also a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate 2 more guests.

The Loft building has its own private entrance and elevator to the condo which is situated above the Rosemary Beach Trading Company, World Six Art Gallery, and adjacent to the bicycle rental shop and Summer Kitchen Cafe'.

It is centrally located to the best Rosemary Beach has to offer. Fabulous restaurants such as Paradise, Onano's, LeCrema and others are only STEPS away. As well as wonderfully unique shops, Vivo Spa & Salon and Amavida Cofffee.

Easy access to Hwy 98 or Scenic 30A allows you to visit the other nearby beach towns such as Panama City, Destin, Alys Beach, Watercolor, and the infamous Seaside.

Kids are never forgotten here in Rosemary with places designed especially with families in mind.                         Thanks to the owners for sharing this little slice of heaven!! The loft was so cozy, comfortable and spacious!! And perfect for our end of the year girls getaway. We parked our car and spent the next three days walking around Rosemary, Seacrest and Alys Beach. It was a little chilly to enjoy the beach but we got a nice walk in and lots of shopping and eating so much to do in the cooler months!! We will DEFINITELY be back!!

                        Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, age 55+, sightseeing.

                        The condo is very nice and you can't beat the location. Its right next to Summer Kitchen and in the heart of all of Rosemary's activities. The condo is furnished very nicely and well equipped. It is even better and bigger than it looks in the pictures. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the great room, so its perfect for two couples or a family either one. We have already stayed here two times and both times we found it to be very clean and welcoming. Thank you Marcy for being so accommodating, and for making this process smooth for the renters. We have rented many homes and condos in this area and Marcy is by far the easiest to work with. Thank you again for sharing your beautiful home with us. We hope to get back for a third time very soon!

                        Just returned from a weekend stay at this absolutely gorgeous condo - everything was perfect! The location is super convenient in the middle of all the shops and restaurants in Rosemary and just a short walk to the beach. The condo itself is very spacious with lots of high-end finishes and beautiful decorating. The owners are super helpful and a pleasure to rent from. I would definitely recommend and will definitely try to stay here again!

                        Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing.

                        We spent Thanksgiving week at Marcy's condo in Rosemary and were delighted with the facilities and condo in general. Marcy was very easy to work with, the condo was as described and the photos on the listing represent it well. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Rosemary. We rented bikes for the week and explored other towns on 30A, dining and shopping are all within walking distance, for more significant grocery items, the Publix on the Panama City Beach is just 10 mins away. The beach was wonderful and even in November we were able to spend time out in the afternoon sun.

                        Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

                        This condo is perfect in every way. Super large 2BR with 2 master suites with private balconies. Tom and Marcy the owners are very easy to work with. The tall ceilings provide so much natural light. I felt like I was in a Manhattan Loft at the beach.

                        Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.

                      Cancellation policy:

                      RENTAL RULES AND REGULATIONS 1. CHECK-IN TIME IS 4 P.M. CST AND CHECK-OUT IS 10 A.M. CST. 2. This is a NON SMOKING home. 3. Pets are not permitted in rental units under any conditions unless approved by owner.   4. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. 5. DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT- A property protection plan of $49 is added to rental fee for any damage to unit that may occur. An additional $150 refundable security deposit paid by check is required. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent. This is only used in the case of incindentals such as lost key fee or late check out. The deposit check will be returned voided or torn up as long as the following provisions are met: a. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. Please leave the condo the way you find it. b. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay. c. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster outside, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. Please do not leave the condo full of trash/wrappers etc. Failure to leave the condo in good condition will result in loss of security deposit. d. All keys are left in the combination key box and unit is left locked. A $40 fee will be deducted from deposit for replacing a lost key. e. No linens are lost or damaged/stained beyond removal. You will be charged to replace what is lost or damaged. f. NO Early check-in, without prior approval, and no late check-out. Failure to check out by 10am will result in $50 deducted from deposit. g. The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, the security company employed by Rosemary Beach. h. NO beach toys or chairs are allowed in condo or hallway. We have a storage room outside back entrance to house them. NO beach towels are allowed on balconies. i. Please make sure to shake out any excess sand before washing clothes or towels. It will damage the washer and dryer. Shake the sand outside. Do not overload the washer. It can handle only about 3 bath towels or 2 beach towels at a time. 6. PAYMENT - An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required upon booking.  The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent. The BALANCE OF RENT is due 30 days before your arrival date. 7. CANCELLATIONS - A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations that are made within fifty nine (59) to thirty one (31) days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, or that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. 8. MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS - Monthly renters must cancel one hundred twenty (120) days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least ninety (90) days prior to check-in. 9. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests for the condo is limited to six (6) persons. 10. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE - While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. 11. RATE CHANGES - Rates subject to change without notice. Once agreement is signed and returned the rate is guaranteed for the agreement amount. 12. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in. 13. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS - Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance. 14.HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY - No refunds will be given unless: a. The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuation in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or b. A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest. The day that the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund: a. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered, b. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and c. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period. 15. Pool and Beach Access – There are a total of 4 pools in Rosemary Beach that you have access to.  You also have full access to the private Rosemary Beach accesses.  I will provide the security code prior to your arrival to access pools and beach. You will need to carry a guest amenity pass with you to the pools.  The passes will be located next to the binder in the entryway.  Just place them back in the same spot upon checkout. 16. No beach toys, bikes or chairs are allowed in condo or hallway. There is a storage room located at the back entrance to building for your convenience to use for these items. Place these items in front of storage locker labeled 3E.

                      Our family fell in love with Rosemary even before we had stepped foot in it. We booked our May 2012 wedding here sight unseen and we loved it so much, we had to have our own piece of such a beautiful place! This property in our opinion is in such a perfect spot in Rosemary. Right out the front door and we are steps away,in any direction, from anything in town.

                      We instantly loved the private entrance right off the main road in the center of town. The openness of the condo and the beautiful workmanship in the building is what sealed to deal! Not to mention the views of the town from our 3rd floor balconies.
