Come enjoy our home away from home in the heart of Keystone. We’re located right between River Run Village and Keystone Resort Lake area.
From the deck you can hear the Snake River as you overlook the hot tubs, and the sun or barbecue deck. In the distance, which is only a few hundred yards away are the Argentine and Peru ski lifts.
The unobstructed views of the ski area and mountain ranges from every window will take your breath away!
Our nicely furnished, two bedroom, two bath, smoke-free condominium is beautifully decorated with your comfort and coziness in mind and is located at Tenderfoot Condominiums.
It is a quick walk to the base of the Mountain House Complex where you can rent skies, snowboards or sign up for ski lessons for all ages and abilities.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, full private bath with Jacuzzi tub, TV, and clock radio. The second bedroom has a queen bed, TV and DVD. The second bathroom is shared with the main living area.
The dining and family room have a queen hideaway bed, TV, VCR, DVD, Stereo with CD, free high speed internet and a gas burning fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped for your gourmet needs.
The condominium also has a washer and dryer, underground heated parking garage, two hot tubs and a sun deck with two gas grills that have an unobstructed view of the slopes at Keystone Resort.

- The beauty and peacefulness of the area and the year round activities are what drew us to Keystone. In winter, you’re within walking distance of the slopes, or within minutes of several additional World Class Ski areas. These can be reached via car or the Summit County Shuttle. The areas include: Arapahoe Basin (five minutes), Breckenridge (25 minutes), Loveland (15 minutes), Copper Mountain (20 minutes), Vail and Beaver Creek (45 minutes). Also enjoy night skiing, tubing, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, snow shoeing, and ice fishing. Ice skating is also popular on Keystone Resort Lake. In the spring and summer, bike the Summit County bike path which runs past the property. Boat, sail or fish, at Lake Dillon or relax fly fishing on the Snake River which is right out the back door. Year round, enjoy shopping in the quaint specialty boutiques in River Run or over 90 Factory Outlet Stores(10 min).

Early season stay at Tenderfoot - November 2010

I just returned from a 4 night stay at this Tenderfoot property and have nothing but good things to say about the experience. From the time I first called to ask about the property all the way through our stay the owner was readily available, helpful, and pleasant to interact with. The condo is very clean and well maintained and everything worked without at hitch (washer/dryer, oven, thermostat, TV/DVD, etc). The location is great for skiing/boarding, being only about a 10 minute drive from Arapahoe Basin and just a little farther from Breckenridge. It took me 15-20 minutes to walk from the condo to the River Run Gondola at Keystone, which is the farthest lift from the property. The other lifts can be walked to faster than that, but they weren't yet operating this early in the season. Overall, my experience with this property was fantastic and I would certainly hope to stay there again during any future trips to the Keystone area.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, adventure seekers, families with young children, sightseeing.

Just wanted to let you know that we had a FANTASIC time in Keystone! Your condo was perfect for our family. Coming in the off-season is geat-it felt like we had the entire lodge to ourselves. I can tell you that after perfect weather in Colorado and even a full day of snow-we are dying down here in Texas with 100 degree heat. We are missing Colorado already. We went to Rocky Mountain National Park, Glenwood Springs, Vail, Breckenridge-hiked a ton, went white water rafting-the works!! Thank you for letting us use your condo. We will definitely be back and recommend you to our friends. Thanks so much, Dena
