5 Star One Bedroom Villa just steps from Kiawah's West Beach Village and the Inn at Kiawah Island. The villa was completely renovated . Upgrades include: new paint, hardware, ceramic tile, furniture, cookware,stainless steel appliances, and new carpet in bedroom.

We offer a queen size bed in the bedroom and a queen size pull out sofa in the vaulted great room. A TV/DVD player in both the living room and the bedroom, and a large screened-in porch overlooking the tennis courts at West Beach Village.

This Villa is a two-minute walk from the ocean and the West Beach Village shopping and restaurant area.

Addition rental information: No Smoking or Pets are Permitted. A $100 deposit for reservation.
