Charming, mediterranean influenced property, conveniently located at Napa Ridge in The Vineyards, Naples award winning Country Club community. This single family home is beautifully furnished and decorated. Living room and bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TVs and access to basic high-speed internet. Master bedroom features a king size bed, large walk-in closet, oversize tub and shower in the master bath. Other bedrooms furnished with a queen size and twin beds; the den offers a comfortable king size sleeper. An expansive screened lanai provides for great space to relax and enjoy the outdoors, with a gas grill and large heated pool, life couldn’t get better!
The Vineyards is a luxury golf course community with 24 hours manned gate and patrol. This home features automated hurricane shutters. The kitchen is fully equipped with standard appliances. Linens are provided. Other amenities include basic cable, DVD player with extended video library, iPod speaker system. This is a private family home and is awaiting its first seasonal renter!
Located less than 30 minutes from Fort Myers International Airport (RSW) and 10 minutes to 5th Avenue, the Downtown of Naples. This rental is minutes away from the Gulf beaches, shopping malls including the world class Waterside Shops. What a fantastic holiday home, we booked this from UK and were not disappointed in anyway. The property had everything we needed. The photographs show you what you are getting it is a well appointed well maintained property that was an absolute joy to stay in. Nothing else to say really, our thanks to the owners for letting us share it and their help during our stay.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

About the owner: Born in Michigan, I moved to Southwest Florida almost 40 years ago and couldn't be happier to live in this beautiful part of Florida. This would be my first Vacation Rental and I would be delighted to welcome you and your family to this charming property.
