Tropical landscaping with Streams, Waterfalls, and Koi Ponds together with the broad sandy beach lend an aura of a tropical paradise. This luxury complex includes two pools, two spas, nine hole putting green, recreation room with pool tables, ping-pong, sauna, and exercise room.

Eighteen foot window in Penthouse suite provides magnificent views of the ocean, beach, and the beautiful views of the California sunsets. Extended rooftop patio allows views of ocean, beach, marina, California sunsets, the complex lush garden, and the blue pool areas as well as sunbathing and comfortable dining. Living room balcony looks out on the complex garden and pool, and provide a partial ocean view.
TWO BEDROOM DELUXE CONDO WITH TWO FULL BATHS, KITCHEN, LIVING AND DINING AREAS
Queen-size beds in each bedroom and two very comfortable single sofas in the living area one of which makes down into a queen-size bed. All bedding, linens, and towels are furnished. The kitchen is fully-equipped with Refrigerator, Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Blender, Dishes, Cookware, Linens, and all necessary Utensils.
FEATURES: Gas Fireplace, 60 Channel Cable TV in living area and both bedrooms (all TVs have remote control) and two VCRs. Telephones in kitchen and both bedrooms (kitchen telephone has an answering machine). Two Free, reserved, underground parking spaces, boogie boards, and beach chairs with towels and other beach equipment, electric BBQ grill, penthouse patio with furniture, small refrigerator, and microwave.
THINGS TO DO: All of the normal beach activities are right at your finger tips because you are right on the sand. These include Swimming, Surfing (year round), Wave Watching and Listening, Sunset Watching, Walking on the beach with sand between your toes, Sand Castle Building, and Sea Shell Collecting. Walk to the marina and shop or eat at its many attractive shops and eating spots. Walk to the pier and eat at Ruby's or just watch the surfers and waves.
The Marina offers deep sea fishing, whale watching tours, shops and fine dining.
ATTACTIONS: Located between Tijuana, Mexico and Disneyland NCV provides a "BASE" within 5 to 60 minutes from all major Southern California sightseeing attractions including:

The rental was absolutely beautiful; the description given with the details was perfect. All the furniture was nice, clean and very comfortable. The views from the room were perfect for the sunset as well as viewing the beautiful grounds by the pool area. The kids as well as the adults enjoyed the boogie boards, beach mats and towels that were available to us. The kitchen had more than enough dishes/pot and pans for us to enjoy a good meal. I highly recommend this rental, the owner even call us during our stay to welcome us and to make sure everything was ok (I think this was a nice touch). We will definitely be contacting them when we visit Oceanside. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

My family just got back from renting this property for a week's vacation and it was absolutely terrific. Pictures on site do not do this place justice as it is better than pictured or described. I have rented from other places before and you usally have to hold your breath till you arrive because you never know what you have rented until you actually arrive. Place was very clean and well maintained and plenty of room for my family of 4 but can handle more. Owners were very helpful and made the whole process very easy and the place is stocked with everything you need. I would highly recommend this place as the beach is wonderful,the grounds are like an oasis or paradise and it is centered halfway between San Diego and Los Angeles which allows easy commute to either direction which make the Attractions and activities endless. We will be back!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.
