Private first Floor unit provides one of the best views of nature at your doorstep, and offers a lake view, the entire ninth hole across the lake, the preserve, clubhouse and driving range. It’s nothing short of spectacular!
The unit is completely furnished and includes three TV’s, a stereo system, Wi-Fi Modem (30Mb/s) and a fully equipped kitchen. The Vizcaya Model is 1595 square feet and features an open floor plan in the living room, dining area and kitchen and is well lit with windows on three sides. The screened storm door provides wonderful cross ventilation to take advantage of Florida’s beautiful breezes.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed along with a recliner for relaxing in peace and quiet, a TV and two dresser/night stands. A large walk-in closet can easily accommodate all of your belongings. The guest bedroom has a queen sized bed, two dresser/nightstands, a wicker chair and a storage bench. The office bedroom features a walk-in closet, two tables and a teak desk and chair with a small TV and the Wi-Fi Modem. There is also a telephone that can be used to hook up to a computer phone service if desired.
The unit is located in Pelican Preserve, a 55+ community only 15 minutes north of the airport. Pelican Preserve, a resort style community, features a Town Center loaded with amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, a great restaurant, Tennis, and many more too numerous to mention. The I-75 corridor is only about a mile away. Downtown Fort Myers with its fun filled River District is about 20 minutes and the beach is about 40 minutes away.
A 27 hole Championship Golf Course is included for a small fee and provides additional dining, an additional fitness room and Watering Hole! This is a fantastic golf course and it includes a beautiful driving range, chipping range and putting green.

Year Purchased: 2006
About the owner: We are currently living in a Condo on White Lake in Whitehall, MI. My wife and I originally grew up on Long Island and moved to Michigan in 1984. We are both now retired (semi for me) and are looking forward to doing more traveling now that our dog is gone.

We bought our Condo in Ft. Myers to get away from the cold winters of Michigan. Pelican Preserve is special in what it offers. It is beautiful and offers virtually unlimited activities. We have friends in the area and also enjoy the golf.
