This luxury retreat is located on the south point of the island on a very quiet, sandy street with a spectacular, full view of Cancun Bay.
There are 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. The first level has two guest bedrooms with queen size beds, one guest bedroom with a king size bed, baths, and a large entry/sitting area. A futon is available for extra guests.
The second level is a spacious living, dining area and kitchen with a balcony across the front of the house, facing the beautiful turquoise waters of the bay. The master bedroom with king size bed and master bath are on this level, also with full view of the bay.
This house is fully furnished with linens, kitchen supplies, Washer and dryer, in house, plus many more amenities.
For watching the wonderful sunsets or relaxing and reading a book, there is a large rooftop Palapa with lounging furniture and a bar. There are areas for sunning and has a 360o view of the area, including the Caribbean Ocean. Sunrise and Sunsets, plus the view of Cancun, at night, are spectacular from this setting.
The house is surrounded by lush gardens which allow more privacy for your family or group of friends.
Across the sandy street, steps lead to a lower large palapa with lounging furniture, bar, jacuzzi and a cooking pit. There is also a restroom and outside shower for those who choose to walk down a few more steps and take a dip in the beautiful water of the bay.
This is a private area for the visitors of Casa Verde only.

About the owner: This is our first venture in renting the property as it has been strictly for family and friends in the past. It has a casual feel to make you feel welcome, and we hope you will enjoy your visit as much as our family and friends have since 2002. We live in Texas and have a property manager in Isla Mujeres.
