  We had the absolute greatest time staying in this house over our annual one week trip to Steamboat. This home was wonderful; extremely clean, very well equipped with everything we needed, and totally comfortable. Lots of room to spreadout. We could have stayed another month!! We will definately return.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  The home is great. Lots of room for family gatherings including pets. The best part was a great kitchen for cooking with many items I needed. The view is wonderful from the deck. Jane the owner if very accommodating and helpful. We had 12 wonderful days in her lovely home.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, pet owners, sightseeing.

  Great place in a great location. The finished basement with a big screen TV, pool table, & foosball table is a perfect place to hang out with family & friends.

  We had the most wonderful time for my birthday! Thank You so much Jane for making it so wonderful! The house was PERFECT! Location, amenities, dishes, you name it...we had it all. We will be back! :)

  We had a wonderful time with 8 family members and multiple dogs. Everyone enjoyed the room to spread out and relax and be able to do what we wanted. The house was welcoming and well equipped for all our needs. I'm sure we will be repeat guests! Thanks, Jane. Linda, Fort Collins, CO

  This was a great house for a large group with children and dogs. It was located in a great spot for access to the Marathon, Strawberry Hot Springs, and town. We had a great time. What a wonderful place!

  Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay in your beautiful home. It was so nice to bring our dog and enjoy the walking paths around the neighborhood. Your neighbors were lovely, and we appreciated the free shuttle service nearby. The huge lower level family room was wonderful for our game-playing, movie watching members, while the rest of us could read and visit elsewhere. Thanks for a great vacation!

  Outstanding place. Excellent condition, lots of room, and very well equiped. This has to be one of the best places we have stayed. However as good as the house was the owner, Jane. She made it special. She went out of her way to make you feel welcomed and to provide any help needed, from answering questions to providing eccomendations.

  We thoroughly enjoyed or stay in this property. We were comfortable and some of the extras (games / toys) were a bonus. Excellent location with very nice views!

  Thank you Jane! Your home was perfect for our three generations of visitors--including our kids and grandkids from Iowa. It was great for the kids to have toys to play with and to be able to bring their dog. We had lots of room to spread out. Enjoyed every minute there!

  What a wonderful experience! My family felt right at home and the added touches made such a difference. The house was roomy, clean, and well equipped with all the esentials. We would love to stay there again!
