The villa is in the middle of a protected area, the forest, the views of the valley are incredible, there is a pool 4x5, a fireplace in the living room, an other one in the main suite, 3 bathroom, kitchen with dry machine, haven, fridge, washing machine, dish washer.. and a teka wood terrace to enjoy the outside views, six sun bed.. very quite and silence. A perfect place to find ourselves, and to be able to enjoy the rest of the island.
recommendations: We recommend the use of an off-road car but any car can reach the house

Pasamos unos días maravillosos mi pareja y yo, la casa es espectacular, preciosas vistas al valle, y rodeados de naturaleza, paz y tranquilidad... La casa está escondida entre el bosque y hay mucha intimidad. Está cerca de la ciudad y de las playas y hay rutas muy bonitas para caminar. Pedro el dueño es muy simpático y atento, nosotros no tuvimos ningún problema pero nos aconsejó donde ir en cada rincón de la isla. Seguro que volvemos!!!Did you find this review helpful? We had a very nice stay here. The owner met us and showed us the way to the villa. This is probably essential, as it is not easy to find. The villa was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, crockery, cutlery etc. We were also supplied with more than enough towels. The location is very remote and beautiful. The views are stunning. Downsides were the access - the road up to the villa is close to impassable in parts. Expect to put a hire car through its paces. We visited with small children but the exterior of villa was not really suitable for them - there are large, unguarded drops from the decking areas. August 2010. We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this beautiful villa. The owner Pedro was very friendly and helpful but most importantly he responded immediately to any query we had. We all loved the pool and you couldn't beat the view from the patio....best enjoyed with a large gin and tonic. Worth every penny, but note that you will need a car.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

Ein abseits und ruhig gelegenes Haus, wo man nur die Glocken der Schafe und das zwitschern der Vögel hört. Wir danken Pietro und Carmen für die freundlich Aufnahme in Ihrem schönen Domizil. Auch wenn die Jahreszeit noch nicht die tolle Wärme mitbringt, und es Abends ohne Kamin etwas kühl wurde, haben wir die Tage sehr genossen. Das Holz haben wir uns im Wald gesammelt, was jetzt nicht schlimm war. Etwas mehr Pflege könnte die Anlage um das Haus genießen. Auch die Küche könnte etwas sauberer und gepflegter sein. Die Fitnessgeräte waren hochwertig und in einem separaten Raum gut zur Nutzung platziert. Ein sehr schönes, gediegenes und großzügiges Anwesen mit toller und extravanganter Einrichtung. Leider kein warmes Wasser in der Küche und, da nur ein Boiler vorhanden ist, konnten wir den Whirlpool nicht benutzen, da das warme Wasser nur ausreichte, um den Boden zu bedecken. Kaminholz war auch keines da, mußten wir selbst kaufen bzw. sammeln und zerkleinern. Es war trotz Kamin und Radiatoren sehr kalt und klamm im Haus. Die Kaminscheiben waren so verrußt, dass man das Feuer darin nicht sehen konnte und das Panoramafenster war extrem verkalkt.Recommended for: Romantic getaway.
Owner response: Mein Ziel mit jeder Anmietung ist, dass die Gäste mit einem guten Gefühl verlassen. Jede Woche lerne ich den Geschmack und die Vorlieben der einzelnen Person, sind vielfältig und bereichern mein Wissen als Eigentümer. Ich wünschte, wir hätten perfekten Aufenthalt haben, und dass die Lösungen, die ich genommen, was verbessert hatte haben, sind: In der Küche habe ich installiert eine Spülmaschine. Macht es viel einfacher Reinigung. Obwohl die Eigenschaft ist nicht verfügbar mit Brennholz. Ich habe jetzt legte eine Menge von Brennholz Es hat eine Anti-Kalk-System im Wasser installiert, muss das Wasser viel Kalk mallorca Arbeiten über dem Kamin durch Entfernen der Asche Er überprüft das Fenster des Pools. Bei Fehlen einer Kündigungsfrist von einer gewissen Verbesserung während des Aufenthalts gegeben, gehen sie weg. Ich hoffe, auch weiterhin das Haus zu verbessern, um es in vollen Zügen genießen
