This is a beautiful home situated in the heart of downtown cancun designed for those planning a longer stay in cancun at more affordable price without giving up luxury and style.
It is a three story house with 3 large bedrooms with king size beds and balconies, 4 full bathrooms, 2 living rooms, full equipped kitchen, laundry room, and garage. The house also has wifi, computer available, cable tv, four flat screen tvs, dvd player, and stereo.
It is decorated with original paintings imported from cuba, marble floors, elegant furniture and super comfortable beds that can accommodate 8-10 guests.
Although this house it is not situated directly on the ocean, the beach is only a few minutes from the property. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance and the hotel zone entrance it is at only 5 minutes walking. Also, cancun international airport it is only at 20 minutes by car.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes:
We have a property in the Hotel Zone in Cancun yet the area is expensive..and since we like to spend several months of the year in Cancun been downtown was easier and more affordable.
Ocean front properties are more expensives..so this house is like having a mansion without paying for it!.
If you come to Cancun to look at the ocean every single minute .. this is not the right property... yet, if you come to explore the area: visit ruins, parks, water activities, and you do not mind to be a few minutes from the ocean... this is the perfect place!!
