Top floor loft: 1 full bed and 4 windows looking out to the top of Peak 9! Low ceiling loft is Perfect for multiple kids or couples to share.
Walk to the parking lot and you are steps away from the Upper Village pool! large pool that is half indoors, half outdoors, locker rooms, indoor hot tub and 2 outdoor hot tubs!
This comfy condo holds a lot of people but still allows you to spread out. This is a great value condo!

From the ski on the wall to hang your coats to the REAL fireplace we absolutely loved this place. Our children had their own fort getaway in the loft and we enjoyed our room with a view. This is a lovely, contemporary condo. Easy access to skiing. This was our first time in Breckenridge and we will definitely be back! FIVE STARS!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

The place was clean upon arrival and met pretty much all of our expectations. Fantastic location - very close to town, walkable to ski lifts and proximity to bus route was extremely convenient. The only reason for a 4 rather than 5 star review was for minor things. A bar of soap in the bathrooms would have been nice, walk to third floor can be taxing and somewhat door hinges and squeaky floors (particularly in the loft above the second bedroom) are personal pet peeves. Everything about the condo was fantastic!. The condo itself was cozy, warm, very easy to relax in, and the location is perfectly situated between the mountain (on peak 8) and main street for food, drinks, and shops. If you are going to the mountain, this is a great balance between day and night activities for a good sized group. It's a short walk to the Snowflake lift at the beginning of the day, and you ski down Four O'Clock run across the street for a short walk back to the condo at the end. Great attention to detail especially when educating us where to put skis/snowboards or hang things up. There were great little signs or notes making the overall experience very easy. We will recommend to friends and family and hope to come back in the summer with a bigger group. Highly recommended!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

I have stayed at this condo both in Winter and Summer. It is great location because it is walking distance to the lift as well as the restuarants in the evening. Breckenridge is a great ski town and staying here makes it very convienent to enjoy the town. It is a nice condo at a very reasonable price. It is nice to have a real wood fireplace too. I would recommend it without hesitation.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.
