JAN, FEB, MARCH, APRIL,2008: We prefer a three month minimum for this home. January can be rented solely, December/January acceptable but Feb and March must be rented in sequence.
Our home is located on a 720 acre gated community of Corte Bella, adjacent to Sun City West. It is Del Webb’s first active adult Country Club. A country club without the stuffy feeling of a country club. This is a brand new home located on a large private, park like 11,000 sq ft cul-de-sac lot. The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, end table and seven drawer dresser. A large closet is also included. Both bedrooms are equipped with comforters and custom bed ensembles. A special place for leisure living.
