We recently purchased this Coach Home and are in the process of decorating it. The carpets and tile are all new. So is the Range, Refrigerator and Stove. Furniture is still being delivered. The pictures give an idea of the decorating direction we are headed.
We plan to finish the decorating before winter of 2014

There are a lot of nice places in Pelican Sound, but you may prefer the first floor or possibly the decorating. We rented in this comunity for four years before we found a place. I think you would be happy in almost all the places in this comunity.
