We come to Destin every summer and if this condo is available we book it! It is bright, clean and perfect for our family. We appreciate the way they take care of this condo, it has never let us down. See you next year!

Let me start off by stating: "I love the Destin Towers! The location is great, and if you are lucky enough to rent one of the units that has been updated, you will probably going to love it too." HOWEVER, I would not recommend renting this condo. The furnishings would have been ok if they had not needed to be thrown away from all the nasty stains all over them. Sitting on them was hard to do, much less lay on the couch. I could have handled that the bathrooms seem to have not been updated since the building was constructed, if they had not have been so discussing from being so nasty. Hairs on the floor, rings in all the sinks, commodes, and bathtub. All flooring that was not carpet, including the balcony was stained with dirt from not being cleaned in so long.Sheets did not fit the mattress. Comforters were nasty. I found some pills (I do not have a clue what they were.) in the spare bedroom. Looking under the bed in the spare bedroom, I saw a nasty washcloth that looked like it had been there for a while. It is still there, I was not about to touch it. Kitchen was not well furnished either...1 dishtowel and 1 dishcloth.... The area rugs were so covered with dirt & whatever that you could not even walk on them. This placed needs about a solid week of santitizing & cleaning before anyone stays there. I was going to contact the owner about it, until I ran into a person on the elevator that had rented it in November and she and her partner had the same horrible experience in this unit as we were having. The fith speaks for itself, anyone can look at it and tell that this unit did not get this dirty overnight. It had to take a lone time to get it this bad. The couple I met in the elevator said that they hated they did not post a review because if they had of I would not have rented it. I hope that if you have rented this unit or plan on renting, you make sure that this place has been santized and cleaned. Please take my word for it. The beach was excellent, the weather was great, the building is in a wonderful location, all of that was execellent. I show a fair rateing, only because of this unit. I will definitely stay in the Destin Towers again, just not in this unit. I hope this review helps you.

This is a wonderful condo. It is beutifully decorated. We love that it is an end unit and the swimming pool is conveniently located on the beach. The beach is not very crowded as there are fewer units in the building. Location of the building is great, close to shopping and the water park. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you Jeff!

We are really enjoyed our stay in this condo during the second week of November 2010. We had PERFECT weather. The condo is beautifully decorated, and the colors are really cheerful and beachy. My parents are "snowbirds" and have stayed in several different condos in Destin and my Mom said this is just as nice as any they have stayed in. The curtains are really pretty and well made. The condo is really roomy, has lots of storage, and a large balcony. We enjoyed eating at the table and chairs provided on the balcony. You may want to bring an extra fold-up chair or two for the balcony, because other seating was minimal. Due to the way the condo is located in the building, you can't see the sunrise, but the sunsets were beautiful. The location is good and the building is very quiet. There were several luggage carts available in a room on the ground floor. The pool isn't heated but the outside whirlpool is VERY warm. The condo doesn't have it's own wi-fi, but I had no trouble finding an unsecured line. The condo was very clean, with the exception of the Master Bedroom comforter, which needed a good washing. The only other negative comments were that the Master Bedroom sliding glass door onto the balcony would not lock (but you are on the 7th floor with no connecting balconies), and prior guests had apparently ruined both skillets in the kitchen, so we had to buy our own. Despite that, I think it is fairly priced and I would definitely stay here again.

Thank you Jeff, we enjoyed our week at your condo. We had fun at the beach,pool and watching a thunderstorn from the balcony. We liked that the beach was not as crowded because of fewer units in the building. We would recommend that the balcony furniture be upgraded and add some bbq utensils. Loved the decor in the unit.
