Treat yourself to a beach getaway and choose Panama City Beach, Florida. This three bedroom vacation condo overlooks the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and powder white beach. Enjoy relaxing on your private balcony taking in the beautiful scenery. The living area is fully tiled and the kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The master bedroom offers a wonderful water view for a peaceful beginning to your morning. The on-site fitness room will help you add a bit of exercise to your day before lounging by the beachfront pool.
The master bedroom has a KING bed, huge window overlooking the gulf as well as balcony access, TV/DVD and a large walk in closet. The master bedroom has an oversized private master bathroom, a double vanity, walk in shower and jacuzzi tub.
The 2nd room has a QUEEN bed, tv/dvd.
The third room has TWIN & OVER FULL BUNK bed. Also has a tv/dvd combo.
The condo has a fold out QUEEN sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space.
The condo has a full kitchen stocked with dishes, small appliances, pot & pans etc, wireless internet access, tv in family room, TV in each bedroom and a full size washer/dryer in the laundry room.
What separates Grand view from most of the beach condos is that we smaller amount of units in the building with means little to no wait for the elevator and the beach is not over crowded.
Grand view is close to everything. Located in the heart of Panama City Beach, it is within walking distance to the county pier, Pineapple Willy’s, Coyote Ugly, Pompano’s Seafood Restaurant, Walmart, Ripley’s Believe it or not and much more. Don’t forget a visit to Pier Park, only 4 miles from Grandview. Visit one of the 19 restaurants like Bootleg BBQ, Jimmy Buffet’s Margaretville, Seafood and Oyster bar + over 120 stores or the Grand Movie Theater for a relaxing day off the beach.
AREA ATTRACTIONS AND ACTIVITIES:
Shops and restaurants are only minutes away from Grandview East. Ripleys Museum is just two blocks away. New huge shopping center just opened. Gulf World Marine Park, mini golf, and small water park just minutes from the condo.
The airport is a 15 minute drive and there are many water sport activities offered just out on the beach. Gulf World Marine Park, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, Sea Dragon Pirate Cruise, Zoo World, Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, Circus by the Sea, golf, winery. Many golf course within 5 miles from the condo.
Pier Park shopping center is about 5 minutes away from Grand view.
Beach service is included March-Oct. You can enjoy a day on the jet ski's or go para sailing right here on the beach.
