Situated in a peaceful, rural setting over looking the ocean and snow capped Olympic Mountains Avondale is perfect for those that want to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life yet it is only a 20 minute drive to downtown Victoria.
Enjoy the luxury of a 3200 square foot, seaview home with a five minute walk to one of the nicest sandy beaches in Victoria. Avondale is an older character home, it is immaculate and features quality furnishings, cove ceilings and hardwood floors.
The large sunny living room has a gas fireplace, spectacular views and plenty of room to entertain in. Through french doors is the beautiful formal dining room. Enjoy a full course meal or relax over a morning cup of coffee, the view is incredible. The country style kitchen is large and comfortable and comes with everything you would need. People love to congregate in kitchens while meals are prepared, this room is perfect as there is plenty of room for all.
Wake up in the King size bed in the 500sf master bedroom, the sight that greets your eyes will take your breath away. The other 3 bedrooms upstairs all have Queen beds and antique furniture. The views from nearly every room in the house are spectacular.
Surrounded by two tranquil acres of lawns, terraced gardens and pasture Avondale is the perfect place for those who want to relax, golf at one of the near by courses or just visit with family and friends. The beach is ideal for children or beach combing, at low tide the sand seems to go on forever.
Avondale has been owned and treasured by the same family for over 50 years. This feeling is evident to our guests, many have commented on the friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Everyone has fallen in love with Avondale, I am sure you will too.
