My wife and I recently spent four nights here and loved. Great view, friendly staff. All around outstanding. Thanks Jim.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Very affordable price and a very clean unit. Nice pool, easy parking. Quiet sleeping at night. Laundry machine. Great restaurant (La Pirata) on the ground floor with somewhat private ocean front palapas with waves crashing a few feet away. Highly reccomended.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

About the owner: I live in New York and spend a lot of time in the Dom. Rep. My wife and I spend more time in the mountains now when we visit and this leaves the apt. available to rent. We do visit the capitol often though and enjoy the tranquility and the views of the apt.
Why the Owner Chose Santo Domingo:
We bought this apt. because of it's location and beautiful views. It's on the edge of the city so we can get to the mountains or the beach quickly or it's a very fast trip to the city center to enjoy what Santo Domingo has to offer.

We enjoy the warmth of the climate and the people of the Dom. Rep. We are able to enjoy city life when we are in the apt. and we can easily enjoy the beach or mountains because of where the apt is located.
