Get ready to be spoiled! This Peak 7 premium retreat, fondly known as Bear Mountain Chalet, is great for a multi-family vacation, a guy’s or girl’s annual ski trip getaway, or just to escape the summer heat! Located in the heart of Summit County on Breckenridge's Peak 7, this private getaway is nestled into the mountain, surrounded by aspen and pine trees, with panoramic vistas of the Ten Mile Range.
Unassuming from the exterior, prepare yourself to walk through the front door and be transported into the land of immaculate finishes and comfort. This fabulous mountain retreat features an open kitchen floor plan with all the modern-day conveniences any gourmet chef could want - perfect for cooking up a storm after a long day on the slopes. Every meal will become a social event with a kitchen area that is complimented by a sitting area, flat screen TV and a gas fireplace, plus dining for up to 12 people.
After rehashing the adventures of the day around the dinner table, you can step out onto your private deck and relish the extravagance of a private, secluded hot tub. Watch the stars, enjoy the mountain vista ... or just close your eyes and dream of the fun still waiting to be had. After a good long soak, snuggle up on the buttery-soft leather furniture in the living room, in front of a beautiful gas fireplace, and enjoy the latest entertainment on the large flat screen TV. Or, head on down to the lower-level recreation room which comes complete with a new 42’ HD TV and DVD video library, as well as a music and book collection. Don't forget the pool table and games, which will entertain the kids (and adults!) for hours. Last but not least, a washer and dryer is located in the laundry room for your convenience.
Bear Mountain Chalet has two master suites, with a king bed in one master and a queen in the other master bedroom - both complete with en suite bathrooms. The third bedroom also has a king bed. The fourth bedroom, on the upper level, has a twin-over-full bunk bed, plus another twin bed. Two additional sofa sleepers are located in the main level as well as the downstairs’ entertainment room. House sleeps 13 people maximum.
Main Street Breckenridge, the Gondola and Breckenridge Ski Resort areas are just a short drive away. With a huge assortment of outdoor activities nearby, the National Forest surrounds the home with trails and wildlife. Hiking, biking, X-country skiing, and snowshoeing are available right from the front door! Come enjoy 3,300 square feet of mountain luxury!
5 minutes drive to the Gondola and Main Street Breckenridge.
