First floor has living area and dining area for ten. Full kitchen with all amenities.
Second floor has full bath with stall shower and two bedrooms. One with queen bed and second with full bed and single bunk.
Third floor has three bedrooms, master bedroom with attached full bath. There is a balcony outside this bedroom which can also be accessed from the second bedroom which has a full bed and single bunk.
The third bedroom has a full size bed and single bunk, and a balcony facing the bay.
There is also a full hall bathroom on this floor. There are three TVs with cable, two VCRs and one DVD player and CD player.
There is a one car garage for parking and/or storage.
The unit has central air and all the rooms have ceiling fans.
Samuels Pancake House is down the street and there is corner grocery store on the other corner. Once you park your car for the week you'll never need to move it!!
Our home is family oriented, so we rent to families only. WE DO NOT RENT TO GROUPS, PROMS, OR HIGH SCHOOL 'SENIOR' WEEKENDS.
Our weekly rentals run from Saturday to Saturday; check-in time is 2:00pm and check-out time is 10:00am.
