Condo on 17th Avenue between Atlantic and Surf Avenues, just 2 short blocks from the beach and boardwalk. The property boasts four balconies on three different floors.
First floor has living area and dining area for ten. Full kitchen with all amenities.
Second floor has full bath with huge stall shower and two bedrooms. One with queen bed and second with full bed and single bunk.
Third floor has three bedrooms, master bedroom with attached full bath. This balcony is also asscessed from the second bedroom which has a full bed and single bunk.
The third bedroom has a full size futon bed and single bunk, and a balcony facing the bay. It is also set up like a den where kids or adults can play games, watch TV or just enjoy the view.
There is also a full hall bathroom on this floor. There are three TVs with cable, two VCRs and one DVD player and CD player. There is a garage for parking and/or storage.
The unit has central air and three rooms have ceiling fans. Samuels Pancake House is down the street and there is a grocery store on the other corner. Once you park your car for the week you'll never need to move it!!
Our home is family oriented, so we rent to families only. WE DO NOT RENT TO GROUPS, PROMS, OR HIGH SCHOOL "SENIOR" WEEKENDS.
Our weekly rentals run from Saturday to Saturday; check-in time is 2:00pm and check-out time is 10:00am.
NOTE: We do NOT rent to groups, proms, or high school "senior" weekends.
