Our beautiful condo is called Twin Dolphins--a Luxurious, gated community on Isles of Capri!!
Located just off of 951 between Naples and Marco Island. Approximately 45 minutes down on Hwy 75 from RSW--Regional SouthWest Airport in Fort Myers, FL.
Twin Dolphins is found at the far southwestern corner of the Isles of Capri, with a noticeable different community of peace and tranquility. This new construction is an intimate enclave of Mediterranean architecture designed to refresh the spirit. Our 3,900 sq.ft. “open-concept” unit is decorated in the “Tommy Bahama” style. The views of the sunset are magnificent and picture perfect. Open the glass doors and you’ll catch the full ocean breeze. Each room features a full bath and a balcony. Granite counters and GE Monogram appliances are featured in the kitchen. Smoke detectors, fire alarms, and sprinkler systems are standard condo safety features.
Walk downstairs (or ride the elevator) to use the sparkling clean exercise facility, sauna, pool, or hot tub. A lavishly decorated salon can be used to greet or entertain your guests. The main floor also features a card room and a billiards room. Our facility also features 4 Har Tru tennis courts.
Isles of Capri offers direct access to the Gulf and intra-coastal, which means that you can explore the fabulous waterways and islands; walking, shelling, kayaking, boating and observing the spectacular Florida wildlife. If you bring your rods, exceptional fishing is available 20 yards out the front door.
Observe dolphins frolic in the surf from our balcony. Witness beautiful yachts and sailboats as they travel the intra-coastal. Those who are lucky will catch a glimpse of the elusive manatee. Bring your binoculars, fishing pole, tennis racket, and golf clubs.
Renting kayaks, motor boats, pontoons or jet skis is available right on the Isles of Capri. Chartering is also available on the Isles and Marco. Perhaps take a day to catch a ride to Key West on the Key West Express out of Marco!
Isles of Capri has 3 wonderful restaurants, a marina for rentals or storage of you boat, and a deli.
Marco Island (6 miles) has beaches, golfing, shops, and many restaurants.
Historic downtown Naples (17 miles), has plenty of high-class shopping and dining. Multiple golfing opportunities exist in Naples as well.

This condo was truly amazing. Lots of space and everything you need to enjoy your time watching nature and the sunsets. Sit on your balcony or at the wall behind the condo and just watch. As a wheelchair user, it was really great to be able to sit right in the middle of the incredible wildlife and watch them in their natural habitats. Dolphins chasing fish and playing right in front of you. Osprey catching fish and then flying off with the fish in their talons, pelicans catching fish and then trying to get the fish down those long skinny necks. All this and you are right next to Marco Island and a very short drive to the heart of Naples. Lisa and Kevin were very welcoming and great to work with. This place was BEAUTIFUL...comfortable, clean, roomy, very well-appointed and decorated, close to great eating places of all price ranges, shopping, and mini-museums. We watched dolphins every evening playing in front of sunsets over the gulf. Boating through the islands, fishing right off the bulkhead, swimming, playing tennis, beach walking, and shell searching were just a few extra fun things we did. We walked around on the quiet streets, walked to a little church, and used their pool (2 of them) and hot tub almost every day...didn't use their large exercise room, but we should have! We WILL be back! I'll be checking my calendar and their available dates right after the new year.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Year Purchased: 1995
About the owner: Our primary home is located in snowy Wisconsin, and we needed some relief from the winter chill. We fell for the gorgeous sunset view that our condo offers and the rest is history. Each member of our family has a home or condo in the Naples/Marco area.
Why the Owner Chose Other Marco Island Properties:
We spend our time down in Florida relaxing by the pool or exploring on the water. Our men are avid fisherman and catch many wonderful meals during our stay. We also enjoy our time off to enjoy the many local restaurants while we are there.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We all enjoy a walk every morning on the island. We frequently rent kayaks or boats every visit. We have a wonderful collection of sand dollars and we fully enjoy the search, each time we return to the beaches. Our children, older now, are involved in competitive sports and enjoy our wonderful work-out facility at Twin Dolphins. Of course, a visit to the pool and hot tub are required at the end of a busy vacation day!
