Lovely, bright and sunny condo, corner unit (Colonnade style) on the third floor. One of the largest floor plans in Heritage Pointe. Freshly painted and newly furnished in Summer/Fall 2012. Tastefully decorated. It offers a fully equipped kitchen, an 'eat-in' area for breakfast and lunch. Well appointed living and dining rooms, two bedrooms plus den, master bedroom has a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom, second bedroom has two twin beds and the queen sized sleeper-sofa in the den offers additional accommodation. Three brand new flat screen TVs and DVD player. Free long distance calling within North America (incl. Canada), high speed wireless Internet and cable TV, all included in rental fee.
Newly screened entrance allows for great through breeze in the winter months. Screened-in lanai overlooking a beautiful lake where you can catch a glimpse of native birds and other wildlife, or simply gaze at the lovely sunsets in the evenings.
The Unit has abundance of bedding, linens and towels, new electric grill and new lanai furniture, 10 minutes trolley ride to Ft. Myers beach and a 10 minute drive to Sanibel Island.
Heritage Pointe is a gated, luxurious community with a large club house that has a fitness center, billiards, meeting areas, kitchen, barbeque etc. Group activities and events scheduled monthly for the enjoyment of all residents and guests. There is an active social life, for those who want it, with dinners, dancing, water aerobics and many other community activities. Lovely, beautiful warm pool (and hot tub) that will start or end your perfect day! Lots of padded lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas as well. The Club House and pool are surrounded by a beautifully landscaped lake where you can fish, lovely gardens, a small beach and cycling/walking paths. There are plenty of shops in close proximity, as well as a first class medical centre.

We were impressed the moment we stepped into this sunny and beautifully decorated apartment. It was absolutely spotless, which was really important to us, and it’s very nicely furnished (not cluttered with “stuff”). The beds were incredibly comfortable, which is something you don’t always find. The kitchen was amazing, a nice treat for my wife who enjoys cooking. She even found asparagus tongs in one of the drawers! This community has a brilliant location: close to Sanibel, one of our favourites, and Ft. Myers beach. This was the best vacation we had for years. The owners are great to deal with and they even have local management taking care of things, which makes life easy for you. We will not hesitate to recommend it to anybody and we look forward to going back! What a beautiful place to relax and rest! We were looking forward to our vacation but this exceeded our expectations. The condo was absolutely spotless and very tastefully decorated. We stayed for two weeks and enjoyed every minute of it. The Master bedroom with the king size bed was great, bed was super comfortable. The kitchen is the dream of every person who enjoys cooking: bright and spacious, with every type of appliance and utensil you can think of – a real pleasure to work there. This property is furnished with new, modern, good quality furniture. It is also a very bright, corner apartment with sun in every room. We are very glad we chose this property and we plan to go back. Of the five years we have rented at Heritage Point, this was or finest experience. large, bright, beautifully appointed, this unit provided all you could expect and more. A caring and considerate landlord relationship added greatly to our enjoyment. We would definitely recommend this unit to any interested party.Recommended for: Age 55+.

About: We are a married couple from Toronto, Canada. We purchased this property in 2012 with our retirement in mind. We are currently working but plan to spend up to six months every year in our lovely condo in Heritage Pointe, once we both retire in about 6-8 years. We can't wait! In the meantime, we would like other people enjoy our lovely condo. We have decorated it in the style we like and we hope that you like it too. In addition to English, we also speak German, Spanish, some French, Polish and some other Slavic languages.
