  We wanted a beach getaway right after a long school year and I knew this was the place I wanted to be again... GREAT location, GREAT view, just a GREAT place to relax. I love hanging at the pool, my kids love the beach (and the plasma tv) and not to mention I LOVE the view from the masterbed room. GREAT sunrises and sunsets. Oh, an location close to everything you will need while on vacation. Close to Cocoa Beach and much more. Can't wait to get back!!!

  What an amazing vacation property! If you are considering a condo ON the beach this one is it. The pictures of the ocean view in the listing don't do justice to how beautiful and close you are to the water. The other wonderful thing about the location is you are directly across the street from a grocery store and strip mall with a Subway, Dunkin Dougnuts, and Taco Bell. The beach is very soft and not at all crowded, you pretty much have your pick of any spot within only steps of the condos pool area. Overall I would absolutly return to this condo and after one month of returning home we are already talking about returning for another visit. For the price of this condo vs. a hotel with no view there is no question this is the way to go. This was the best deal of our entire vacation!

  We spent two fantastic weeks in this wonderful condo in November and the condo, location, and weather could not have been any better. Updated condo with leather furniture and large screen TV and located as close to the ocean as you can get. We took long walks on the beach everyday and found the largest shells we have ever found due to a storm in the Atlantic that had washed them up. We were there during off season which is when we like to travel but it would be a great location any time of the year. Location is great for day trips to the Space Center, Orlando, and Merritt Island Refuge. Condo is across the street from a major grocery store and several fast food restaurants. Great seafood places are nearby. This is the second condo we have rented from Dean and he is always a pleasure to do business with and you can count on what he tells you. Looking forward to our next trip!

  What a GREAT Holiday Getaway! Nice Penthouse, best view of the sunsets and sunrises from the Master bedroom (and living room too). Heated Pool and locatedd right on the beach front. Located near shopping and plenty of great places to eat out at. Not far from Cocoa Beach and Orlando. We can't wait to get back there!

  This was a very enjoyable condo, even though the weather didn't co-operate. Despite the cold, the condo gave us easy access to viewing a shuttle launch(awesome to behold), causeways leading to all the nature preserves in the area, close to groceries, movies,dining and churches. We loved the view, watching dolphins, sun worshipers and surfer dudes! Pelicans and terns flew right by the window and your tv was a pleasant end to long days. This was situated right across from the laundry room and the elevator. Couldn't have been more pleasant. Didn't want for anything inside, even baked bread while we were there.

  Nice efficient condo. Owners have taken pride in furnishing the unit with leather couch and nice breakfast table. King bed was great and furniture in master was supurb. Perfect for handicapped person as unit next to handicap parking and front door is directly across from the elevator doors. Great views from the balcony of pool and ocean. Undated porcelean tile floors and granite counter tops. Kitchen is efficient and well stocked. Just bring your food and recipies! Location is very handy since it is across the street from a Publix grocery store, movie theater and Dollar General. A great treat is the Duncan Donuts just a few steps out the front door. Only an hour from Orlando.

  We had great time during our stay at PBC unit 446. It was just like home. Kitchen is full of utensils and grocery store is only few minutes walk from the property. Beach is right there as well so you can watch your kids play at the beach from your living room. During our stay we enjoyed beautiful sun rising from the ocean every morning. It had different colors and shades of light each time. And yes we did see a group of Dolphins few times from our balcony. This place is very close from Orlando and all it's theme parks. It is minutes away form KSC, port Canaveral and Merritt Island. We had nice time here and we are going to recommend this to all our friends and family.
