Beachfront three bedroom, two bath condo with gulf view on Indian Rocks Beach. Enjoy the beautiful beachfront view and the sunsets on our balcony and from the master bedroom. Our condo is well maintained and will be your second home. Pets are not allowed, no smoking.
This is a third floor unit, with covered parking. Unit was remodeled in 2005 with lots of granite and new cabinets throughout.
There is also a gazebo by the pool for dining and shade. Grills are located in the pool area. Workout room is also available onsite. Complex is very well maintained with pool remarcited, new pavers and tile done in common areas several years ago.
