We had several small issues that ended up being difficult to deal with during a holiday week. No coffee pot, we couldnt locate the towels for a full day, the oven was full of dirty dishes, no shower curtain, no extra rolls of toliet tissue, almost every dish we got out to use had to be rewashed, and offensive material found in the laundry area. The outside of the hot tub needs to be fixed, the boards around it fall off and have nails in them. We only used it for one night due to this. Wtih four adults going on this trip we wanted a home that had two full bathrooms, without a shower curtain we all ended up taking turns bathing in one. Running out to purchase a coffee pot on Christmas Eve was insane. $60 and almost 2 hours later we found one. Details were over looked that would make me seriously never rent this home again, even though the property is lovely.Owner response: Tammy - Let me apologize again for the condition of the chalet. I am so sorry you had so many issues! As I mentioned, we had just started using that cleaning company :(. You were the first renters to stay after they cleaned (or supposedly cleaned). I am happy to refund your cleaning fee, if that will help. We have NEVER had an issue before and this just makes me sick. We live in Clarksville, TN and it is so difficult to find someone who will take care of our properties the way we would expect. Let me know if there is anything else I can do. Again, I do apologize.
