Located in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul de sac, there are no backyard neighbors and the rest of the houses on the street are owner occupied with children, so please drive safely.
This home's main living area features an open floor plan where kitchen, dining and living room all meet. The open floor plan, along with the bamboo flooring and plentiful windows create a fresh and airy atmosphere. The large kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops and a stand alone island and stools. The first entertainment area with surround sound is located in the sleekly furnished living room. The entertainment center can also be enjoyed from the dining area.
On the same floor, there are three bright bedrooms, all with queen beds and generous closets. The master bedroom has double doors that lead to the back deck. A spacious modernly remodeled bathroom is a few feet from all the bedrooms. A large bonus closet sits in the hallway for extra storage.
A spiral staircase leads you to the second entertainment area. This area also features a wet bar, fridge, and pub table with stools. On this lower level, you will find the second bathroom with stand up shower equipped with a fun led shower head. A pack and play and bouncy chair is located in the children's play area.
In addition, we have included a work area with a printer with scan and copy capabilities. The washer/dryer is located in a separate laundry room in the back.
We offer a one car garage, but can comfortably park 6 cars with street side parking.
We are centrally located, 10 minutes away from downtown Columbia and mu campus.

I rented this house with 5 of my friends, and it was perfect! Would easily sleep 7 adults, with someone on a comfy couch. Two nice large living rooms (one on the main floor, one downstairs). The hot water wasn't working when we arrived, but the manager got it fixed ASAP, and even left us a nice complimentary fruit and cheese basket for our troubles. Can't recommend it enough!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We enjoyed our stay at your property. Donna was wonderful and completely flexible with our schedule. The property was exceptionally clean and we really appreciated that. We didn't stay long enough to use the kitchen, but it was very well appointed with supplies and new appliances. The bathrooms had nice, new fixtures as well. The property was located within 15 minutes of everywhere we needed to go. I think the only difficult thing about the property was taking the luggage up the stairs. We will stay again, if we have the opportunity. Thanks.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay and it was quite convenient to visit my inlaws so we hope to stay again in the future. It was very helpful that the house was well stocked with necessary household items. What a beautiful home! We rented this home for a 3 night stay when we came to Columbia for a college visit at Mizzou for my son, who is a junior in high school. The home was beautiful and very welcoming, and the property manager was helpful with everything we needed to be comfortable in our home away from home. The photos are nice, but the home is even nicer in person. The home was very clean when we arrived, I am so glad we found this home to rent (which was also much cheaper than the two hotel rooms we originally planned on reserving). The kids had plenty of room to play, we had a lot of space to relax, and the wi-fi and printer were very helpful for my son in doing his homework to bring back for the classes he missed. Love the shower downstairs - so relaxing! No detail went unnoticed when they were preparing this home for rental. We definitely plan on returning if Mizzou is the college of choice. If you want a beautiful home, at a great price in Columbia, this is it! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone I know traveling to Columbia!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This house worked marvelously for our family Thanksgiving. We went black Friday shopping and came back to the house to prepare a big dinner on Saturday evening. It was a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. The large TVs upstairs and downstairs allowed for us to send the little ones downstairs, while we were cooking and the boys were watching football upstairs. Tons of room downstairs for the kids play games, too. Beautiful kitchen with all the amenities of home. We loved using the house to entertain and would highly recommend this property!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

About the owner: We are a young family that fell in love with Columbia several years ago while visiting relatives. We have traveled most of our life due to demanding employment and to unwind from said employment. Whether on the road for work or for pleasure, we have learned to enjoy certain creature comforts, like high water pressure while showering and large windows for natural light. A quiet reading area might have gone unnoticed before but years on the road has taught us how important details can make you feel at home.
