                                    Wonderful, sunny, bright condo right in the heart of Aspen! This condo was beautifully appointed, comfortable, homey, modern, and perfect for our group. Just a couple blocks from everything, it's location is unbeatable. The owners were more than helpful and very responsive. Everything was so easy! We had no problems and really just enjoyed this cozy and lovely spot in town. Loved the windows and morning views of Red Mountain and Smuggler Mountain. Loved the fireplace, bathrooms, and living room area! The gondola is just a few blocks away, and the grocery store is even closer. We didn't have a car and didn't need one.

                                    Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with young children, girls getaway.

                                    We had a wonderful time!!! Everything was ok, clean,tidily and warm. Excellent location. Somos una familia Argentina que hemos pasado unos maravillosos días en Aspen, la ubicación del condominio es excelente se llega caminando a todas partes. Los cuartos muy buenos lo mismo los baños y cocina, impecable. Muy buena relación con su dueña Pattie que se preocupa por el bienestar de sus inquilinos. Vrbo muy buen sitio de locación y muy buena comunicación con el renta te. Felicitaciones!!!!

                                    This is a great place to stay for a ski vacation. The Aspen gondola and the Snowmass shuttle bus stop are five blocks away. We thought this distance was easily walkable. A grocery store, as well as the edge of downtown, is only two blocks away. The townhouse was spacious for 5 adults. The bedrooms were nice and large. The kitchen, while a little tight on maneuvering space for multiple people, was well-equipped for preparing dinners. The owner also accommodated a couple of special requests.

                                    A really great place. Comfortably slept 8 people! The place is modern, well maintained and just blocks from everything in town. Unit owner is accommodating and responsive and we couldn't have imagined a better stay in Aspen!

                                    The condo was light, cheerful and roomy for the six of us. The manager was very responsive when we had a small problem.

Rental Party: The rental party shall consist of Guest and the following persons: 3. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to 8 persons. An additional charge or $100 per person per night for guests in addition to 8 will be assessed. 4. Term of the Lease. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order 5. Parking: Parking is limited to one vehicle. Vehicle must be parked in designated parking space #4. Two (2) Hour parking on the road is permitted in front of the condo. There is ONE Residential Parking Pass in the condo. This must be returned to the condo at the end of your stay. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. 8. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service unless arranged directly with Manager Jared Matroianni with All Valley Services (970-366-1934). While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is NOT included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. 9. Fireplace: The fireplace is a wood-burning fireplace. Wood is located on the balcony. Please do not put paper or other combustable materials in the fireplace. It the responsibility of the tenants to keep children away and use the fireplace in a safe manner. 10. Water and Septic: The property is on a city sewer system. The mineral content in the water is high and can leave stains on the dishes in the dishwasher. The sewer system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to $300. 11. Storms: No refunds will be given for storms or bad weather. Storms often close the Aspen Airport and the roads to Aspen from Denver and other locations. Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. Gravel drives are well maintained; however, we highly recommend four wheel drive and/or chains during the snow months. We do not refund due to road conditions. 12. Costs and Fees: Should ay action be necessary for breach of this agreement, Guest agrees to reimburse Homeowner for all costs of enforcement, consequential losses and attorneys fees.

The whole condo is light and airy with skylights and windows, deck and wood burning fireplace. The dark wood floors upstairs give it a warm upscale feeling.
