  We wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed staying in your house in Orlando (April 24-May 1, 2010). We were a party of nine adults, and the house was a perfect fit. Lots of room to move, plenty of bathrooms, and the pool/hot tub were fabulous!! We feel that we received excellent value for our money and would love to enjoy the surroundings again some time!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  When we booked this Villa through HomeAway we had never heard of them before so were a little cautious. This made us contact the owners and verify everything was okay. I can say what a pleasure it was to deal with Richard and Jean (the owners) who answered all our questions and set our mind at ease. So the villa was booked. Everything went totally smoothly (contracts, directions, local agent etc). The villa itself was beautiful. Masses of space and all the rooms were really well appointed. The private pool was great to chill out in. There were two more large pools at the nearby country club, one for fitness swimming and one for children - these were fantastic and hardly used. Driving time to all the parks was around 20 - 25 mins, so well situated. All in all we can whole heartly recommend this Villa.

  This is the second time we rented this house from Richard and he was as easy to deal with as the first time. The house is as beautiful as the last. Contempo really takes good care of the house. We had 10 people in our party this time around and we had plenty of room. It was great that we never ran out of hot water despite all of us taking a shower either at the same time in 1 of the 5 bathrooms or right after each other. The best part are the 4 antigravity chairs that was provided poolside. Of course they had chaise lounges but I love the antigravity chair. I was actually going to bring my own but didn't have enough room in the car so I was very pleased to find it available at the house. The kids enjoyed the game room and the heated pool everyday!! Everybody had a great time and are looking forward to renting it again soon. Thank you Richard!

  Hi Richard, Would just like to drop you a quick note to thank you for letting us stay in your villa. Your house is beautiful a real dream. We found everything we could possibly hope for, very well equipped. The house was extremely comfortable and we all enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi, just what you need after a hard hot day at the parks. It was in easy access of all the Disney/Universal Parks, yet in a very peaceful and quiet surrounding. The communal areas within Providence are very welcoming and great for a day off from the parks, The kids loved the pool and slides and we enjoyed a very nice meal at the golf club. We where only a family of five but this house could comfortably cater for 10. We have recommend your property to a few friends and I have already had a few people asking for the link to your rental, would you like me to provide them with the link through home and away or do you offer any alternative? • Fantastic house and resort

  The house was perfect for our needs, beautifully and comfortably furnished with every convenience you could desire. Having the huge larder fridge with ice maker meant we were never without an ice cold drink. With two young children it was great to have the air hockey and pool table in the garage and much of our time was spent relaxing around the stunning pool area. The resort sports centre was a short walk away and proved popular with the children. Two great water slides and invariably other families and children present for ours to play with. All this in itself ensured a fabulous holiday, add to this the fact that the resort is a short, 10 minute, drive from the main parks and attractions makes Providence a difficult resort to beat for a family holiday in Orlando, and this is clearly one of the best properties on the holiday rental market. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property to family and friends and look forward to returning in the next year or two.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

  We were 2 families of four and we had a blast...Very very nice house with all the commodities and close to Orlando! It is has nice big bedrooms, lot's of bathrooms and a wonderful back yard with a swimming pool. Richard was an excellent host. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a stress free vacation. My husband also loved the golf course!

  This is an awsome place to stay! We had eight total in our family and there was plenty of room for everyone. We went to Disney and Hollywood Studios and Epcot, Animal Kingdom and the location of the house to those attractions were around 10 to 15 min away. Clubhouse was awsome and the staff was great. The Golf Course and rates were very reasonable. We would recommend this to everyone. We had a perfect vacation! And Mr. Foster for sharing your home. It was truly a Blessing! The Allen Family

  We had a great time at the Foster's home. Richard was very accommodating with our requests during our stay. We had more space than we knew what to do with. Having a private pool was AWESOME!!! We swam whenever we wanted and paying for the heating is a must during the cold season. The tennis courts were great and they were lit though we never used them at night. The workout facility was also wonderful and the grounds were well maintained. This is a nice and quiet neighborhood. The back roads were nice to travel to avoid the busy traffic on the strip. Contempo management were nice to work with also (Francis was very nice). Overall, we had a wonderful relaxing vacation and hope to stay here again SOON!! Thank you.

  Richard, Just returned to the real world. We really enjoyed our stay in your home, the setting was great with the south facing pool and the conservation area ensuring we were not overlooked. The Providence resort was a brilliant place to stay. Your villa was very well furnished and equipped. We bought a fan as we found the AC at 76 degrees was set a bit warm for us at night, we are from the west coast of Scotland and find this quite warm, even on a summers day . We also left this fan for your future guests use. We would certainly recommend your villa to friends and family.   Hi Richard, Back from our trip to the US ! It was really beautiful. We spent the 2 first weeks travelling accross the country (NYC, SF, the west national parks). And the 3rd week, we had a great time in Orlando. What a big and beautiful house you have. The rooms are nice and comfortable, each with a screen flat TV ! The living room and the kitchen were perfect for 6 people. When we arrived, the house was really clean and we had no trouble during our holiday. The resort is so huge !
