About the owner: We are John and Patti Spindt. We live in a small town in Wisconsin with our yorkie (Riley). We have 3 grown children and 3 beautiful grandchildren. We love coming to Mesa to enjoy the sun and play golf whenever we get the chance. Until we are able to retire there, we would like to share this opportunity with others.
Why the Owner Chose East Mesa:
After vacationing in the Phoenix area for many years we decided to invest in a home and chose the East Valley area. After a search of the area we selected the beautiful Bella Via community. The community is great for walking, biking, and is a great place for our grand children when they come to visit. Far enough away from the hustle and noise of the city but close enough to shopping, movies, multiple dinning options and golf.
