Escape to Fenwick Island! This home was brand new in 2004 and is less than two blocks to the beach with a water view of the lovely canal. You can park your boat outside, go crabbing, or just enjoy the beautiful sunsets. This custom-built home has an open floorplan with high ceilings and lots of light. Enjoy the view of the Fenwick Island lighthouse from the Adirondack chairs on the front porch or enjoy the two decks and screened porch overlooking the water in the back.

This home is ideal for families and couples. It is tastefully decorated and well equipped. The home is on a quiet street but very close to the action in Ocean City, Maryland, or the quaint town of Bethany Beach.

If you choose to cook during your vacation, you will be able to prepare your meals in a gourmet kitchen with a large center island and Silestone countertops.
