This cottage worked out great for our 3 night stay in S.F. It is tucked away with its own courtyard and little balcony, behind a house on a fairly quiet street in a great area accessible to everywhere we wanted to go. The bed was sublimely comfortable with lovely linens. The bathroom is downstairs, but the staircase is safe and just wide enough to be able to hold both railings. It is not super-plush, but had everything we needed. Got the best three nights of sleep in ages! Anna is delightful and totally available for help if needed with recommendations, etc.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 4. Care. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. 5. Appliances. Only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Pets. PETS are permitted only with prior approval and the Pet Addendum must be completed. 7. Parking. Street Parking is available. Guest should be mindful of street cleaning signs and other posted City of San Francisco parking restrictions, including 2-hour parking limitations during weekdays. Any illegally parked cars are subject to ticketing and/or towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. 8. Housekeeping. There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Housekeeping service can be arranged for an additional fee. 9. Storms or earthquakes: No refunds will be given for storms or earthquakes.
