    We've stayed at Long Beach for a number of years....in many condos...and would definately stay here again. The pictures accurately describe the furnishings and kiitcen...all are extremely nice. However, the pictures don't show how immaculate everything is. You are in for a treat as soon as you walk in the door! The owner responded almost immediately to our request for reservations...all information was mailed quickly. The info was complete and we didn't need to contact the owner for any additional information. PS the beds are very comfortable and the sheets were very soft.

    Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

    After our wedding, we arrive at this magnificent condo! Very clean, fully stocked with everything you need. This was the most relaxing time we have ever had. We spent several days on the beach and lots of time on the balcony just enjoying the view! Highly recommend walking out on the pier, which is just minutes away and cost only $2 per person. The view you see looking back at the shore from the ocean is just breathtaking! Several sight-seeing places to go and great restaurants to have dinner. Salty Sue's, located on Back Beach Road (now known as Panama City Beach Parkway) has AWESOME food! The wings are the best we have ever had!! The beds are super comfy!!! I could go on and on, but the bottom line is we are already planning a family vacation next year here with our kids! Thanks for everything!!!!!

    My husband and I have been staying at Long Beach Resort for years now, & we love it! We have now rented through the owner of this condo twice & have had no complaints. They are very easy to work with & talk to & want only the best for the renter. This condo was very well-stocked, very roomy, amazing views, & fit us perfectly. I would highly recommend this owner & condo!

    Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

    Condo was extremely nice, just as described in pictures. Excellent view from balcony. Very spacious and nicely decorated. My family and I had a wonderful time.

    Great location,very comfortable and clean. Nothing lacking in this condo. Plenty of room to move around. Wonderful view of the ocean and beach. Wish we could of stayed longer and be there more often!! Very nicely decorated which makes your stay more relaxing and you enjoy the indoors as well as the outdoors. Thanks for a clean and beautiful place to stay.

    Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

    My son, grandson and I stayed here for a week in March. We had a wonderful time! The condo was exactly as pictured and Gayle was most helpful in every detail of our stay! The little "extras" we found (kids beach toys, books, movies even a cooler) were a plus! ! We will definitely go back again! Thanks again Gayle!!

    WE STAYED HERE DECEMBER 28TH THROUGH JANUARY 5TH 2008. THIS CONDO IS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL I HAVE SEEN IN PANAMA CITY BEACH AND WE HAVE BEEN COMING DOWN HERE FOR MANY YEARS. JOAN HAS EVERTHING YOU COULD NEED IN THIS CONDO. NOT ONLY TILED FLOORS, BUT ALSO THE BALCONY IS TILED. YOU NEED TO SEE THIS PLACE SINCE IT WAS PAINTED RIGHT BEFORE WE CAME IN. IT IS HEAVEN. HOPE YOU ENJOY IT AS MUCH AS WE HAVE.........

    What a great place to take a much needed rest. The condo was so comfortable and the view was magnificent! Just 6 floors up from the beach and a clear view of the ocean from the balcony. I spent all day lounging on the beach and most nights swimming in one of the 2 luxurious pools they had. It was very relaxing! The condo itself had all the amenities anyone could want and the bed was sooooo comfortable. I slept so peacefully. The condo was also convienent to everything, Places to shop, fun things to do and even great places to eat at. I can't wait to go back. I would recommend this condo to anyone who wanted a great place to stay in Panama City Beach. It was the next best place to home.

    Absolutely fabulous. The condo should be featured in a travel magazine. A tremendous asset of the condo is its spaciousness. The window walls in "all the rooms" with front views (not side view) of the beach and ocean make it feel even larger than it is. The highlight of the condo is its balcony. Its huge. Its also unusual to find such a well appointed rental (examples: leather recliner & crown molding). Everything advertised by the owner was true. And no I have not been solicited to write this review. I have yet to meet the owner/manager. They don't know me and I dont' know them. Obviously I would highly recommend this condo.

    We had a wonderful time. Your condo is just beautiful. It had everything we needed and them some. The condo is very clean and beautifully decorated. The view was gorgeous.     A five star condo! This is a great location, close to everything. The ocean view is spectactular from both bedrooms and the great room! The ocean front balcony is huge and at 6 floors up no mosquitoes. All of the furnishing were first class.You can walk on the beach to breakfast or dinner.

    I want to thank you for the wonderful place you provided for my family. When we walked into the condo we were breathless from the beautiful view and the luxury of a condo that also has a warmth of home. We were provided with everything in all aspects including the kitchen along with cleaniness and organization. I will say that was the best family vacation and place we have ever stayed and we are looking forward to making it a tradition for our yearly family vacation. Once again thank you!

    When I enter the condo I felt as if I was at home. The bed was very comfortable I always bring my pillow but I didn't need it. The table by the bed to look at the ocean, while drinking your coffee was GREAT!I loved how everyroom you could see the ocean.Everything that I needed was in the kitchen to cook with. Thanks for having a wonderful place for my vacation..
