Our second- and third-story townhouse is clean, bright, and spacious - over 1400 square feet and equipped with many amenities.

Why the Owner Chose Blind Pass
We love the secluded location and yet the option to visit Captiva. We've even walked to it! There is a bustling nightlife and we enjoy the restaurants there and on Sanibel. The private beach just over the footbridge from our building is our favorite place to roost!
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
We make a ritual out of walking to the beach for sunset and staying until the sun is fully gone. It's such a peaceful and beautiful time that when you encounter others with the same idea, a simple nod is all that's required.
5,000 acre wildlife refuge. Home to roseate spoonbills and hundreds of other birds as well as alligators, armadillos and other wildlife. The plants are varied and beautiful too. Guided tour via bus or walk or drive or bike through.

The townhouse had everything we needed. A beautiful pool, a short walk to the beach, full kitchen (stovetop and oven, dishwasher, coffee pot, toaster oven) and tennis courts. Anything you want will probably be in the front closet (beach toys for the kids, beach chairs, pool noodles, tennis raquets and tennis balls.) The grills were very convenient and gave us an opportunity to meet some of our neighbors...who were from Ireland! The best part was when we were swimming in the ocean and a group of dolphins swam around us. Office staff was friendly and very responsive. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. We would love to come back next year!!!

We've been renting our townhouse for 7 years and enjoy every vacation we have taken there ourselves. We still take great pains to keep it in tiptop condition with everything we think you'll need and plenty of extras. Our friends and family have enjoyed the townhouse too always commenting on how great the location is on Sanibel, how clean the accommodations, how varied the activities, etc. We encourage you to consider a summer stay on Sanibel. The rates are at their lowest. The beach has just been named one of the top ten most private beaches in the US and it features world class shelling. With children 8 & 10 we enjoyed the Lazy Flamingo, Key Lime Bistro and the Sanibel Cafe. We were all really comfortable and enjoyed the location of the condos. Your apartment gave us everything we needed. We went kayaking, cycling, wildlife watching, played tennis and went swimming.

The weather was perfect! No bugs! Have always loved the DQ, the Bubble Room, Mucky Duck, Timber Room. We have come to Sanibel many times but we really enjoyed your home. It is so clean and has a well stocked and equipped kitchen and all the extras like beach gear! Thank you!

Beautiful townhouse! We were SO comfortable! We went kayaking, visited Ding Darling, went shell gathering and birdwatching. Lots of tennis and hanging out at the pool too.

The townhouse was very comfortable and we felt at home there. We enjoyed the ammenities at the house as well as the clubhouse. We enjoyed morning walks along the beach to watch the sunrise. The townhouse is in an awesome location on Sanibel Island and I would definitely stay there again. The staff at Blind Pass are friendly and helpful. A cruise departing from Captiva was the highlight of our trip as the dolphins did their best to entertain us.

We've been renting this condo for 2 years now and have received only positive comments. Most recently a vacationer said, "This is the third place I've stayed in on Sanibel and this is the nicest one." We do everything we can to keep our townhouse in tiptop condition, anticipating every need by staying in the townhouse twice a year to experience what our guests experience and replace and replenish everything that needs freshening. In addition to the rental office we have a property manager who visits the townhouse after each guest leaves to make sure everything is as we would want it to be. We are confident you will have the best time, carefree and comfortable beyond expectation. Enjoy!
