Beautiful designer decorated, pristine 3 bedroom 2 bath home located in Oak Village in Sugarmill Woods, Homosassa, Florida. Master bedroom has king size bed, TV, walk in closet, ensuite large bathroom with walk in shower and dual sinks. The guest bedroom has Queen size bed, and 3rd bedroom doubles as an office with a queen size convertible sofa.
The great room (comprising open plan kitchen, living room, dining room and breakfast area) has a big screen TV and overlooks the lanai, heated pool and a very private greenbelt where no other houses can be seen. Two car garage. Includes cable TV, internet and telephone service (unlimited calling within the USA).
